ltd, having 3 year experience in Overall maintenance Schedule maintenance, Overhauling &
Trouble-shooting of 3 Booster Gas compressors, Air compressors, Pumps, &Gas Engines.
 Gas Engine (GE Waukesha L7044GSI) & Reciprocating Compressors ( Ariel JGK 4) Installation
& Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance as per OEM recommendation and check sheets.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
 I have 3 years experience in oil & gas field as an Operation & Maintenance Engineer.
 I have been working in Deep Industries Limited.
 Duration:-10 July 2015 to till date.
 Presently I am as a O&M engineer (Mechanical) in Deep Industries Limited under the project of
Cairn India Limited (AGI-12).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 Maintenance and overhauling of gas compressor (Ariel reciprocating compressor).
 Maintenance and overhauling of gas engine (Waukesha-L7042GSI & L7044GSI).
 Troubleshooting of Gas compressor & Engine related problems.
 Gas engine (Waukesha L7042GSI & L7044GSI) and Reciprocating compressor (Ariel) Erection
& Pre-commissioning as per OEM recommendation and check sheets.
 Overall maintenance, schedule maintenance, overhauling & troubleshooting of gas compressors
& gas engine
 To carry out weekly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly maintenance of the said system.
 Involvement of routines check up maintenance activities along with corrosion monitoring &
preventive maintenance of package equipments.
 Preparing maintenance reports, maintenance schedules monthly report annual maintenance data
etc.
