Job Title: Accountant Assistant


Report To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Monthly Salary: 300.00 JOD (Three Hundred Jordanian Dinars only)
Working Hours: 09:00 hrs. am – 05:00 hrs. pm
Working Days: 5 working days (Sunday – Thursday)

Key duties/responsibilities:

• Perform accounting functions for financial segment of business including assisting in preparation
and analysis of monthly financial and management reports.
• Perform daily cash application functions.
• Perform financial analysis of business as assigned by controller.
• Work with the preparation of the quarterly financial reporting package and assist in audit requests
as assigned.
• Identify and contact customers with overdue accounts and entering data into computer to track
collection efforts and progress.
• Work with State management on CPR (property records) reviewing capital spending and project
completion status.
• Perform month expense and balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis for review by the
Controller.
• Gather data through file research or discussion with sales estimators in order to answer questions
and compile backup information for further collection efforts.
• Prepare and distribute State level financial reporting information including monthly Labor analysis,
key financial metrics as determined by the State management team.
• Review for accuracy, completeness and input payroll records weekly.
• Prepare work papers for audit and pre-qualification purposes.
• Review and analyze monthly results to ensure accuracy of financial statements, making accruals and
adjustments as need.

Job Title: QA Officer


Report To: Registration Officer

Key duties/responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems
and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
• Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and help
introduce new products
• Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
• Write technical and management systems reports.
• Bring together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree
comprehensive quality procedures.
• Persuade reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
• Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures
and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.
• Set the QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
• Assess the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and comparing with customer
requirements.
• Agree and establish clearly defined quality methods and standards for staff to apply.
• Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
• Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
• Establish standards of service for customers or clients.
• Prepare clear explanatory documents such as customers’ charters.
• Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer


Report To: Chief Accounting Officer and CEO

Key duties/responsibilities:

• Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information and cooperate with Distributors.
• Assure the goods status after its been received.
• Collect shipping offers for each order.
• Follow up with the shipping companies and suppliers to collect the goods and ship them up to
destination port.
• Follow up on preparing and sending the delivery note to the distributer to confirm the delivered goods
status.
• In case if there are any shortages and/or defected products, the Supply chain department should inform
the purchasing department to check the real status and to find the suitable solutions in this regard with
both of supplier and customer.
