REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
1. Submission of Photocopy of Baccalaureate/Master’s Degree
Transcript of Records to the Office of the Graduate School.
2. Entrance Exam Application Form w/ 2pcs. of 2 x 2 picture with white
background.
3. Receipt of Payment for the Entrance Exam.
B. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW STUDENTS
1. Must have an average rating of 85% (B or 2) on his/her
undergraduate/graduate program.
2. Satisfactory performance in the psychological test to be given by the
Testing Center
3. Original/Authenticated copy of Baccalaureate/Master’s Degree
Transcript w/ S.O. to the Office of the Graduate School.
4. Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials from the last school
attended (baccalaureate degree / master’s degree)
5. Two (2) 2 x 2 pictures (colored with white background and nametag)
6. Interview results (if applicable)
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSFEREES
1. Must have an average rating of 85% (B or 2) on his/her graduate
program
2. An authenticated official Baccalaureate&Master’s Degree transcript
of records with Special Order number (for non-deregulated schools)
3. Satisfactory performance in the psychological test to be given by the
Testing Center
4. Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials from the last school
attended (baccalaureate degree & master’s degree/doctorate
degree)
5. Good Moral Character or one referral letter
6. Two (2) 2 x 2 pictures (colored with white background and nametag)
7. Interview results (if applicable)
FACULTY of any school and Guidance Counselors are entitled to
25% tuition fee discount. To avail, submit a recent copy of your
Certificate of Employment upon enrolment.
FOR M.A. EDUCATION APPLICANTS:
Non-education graduates must have completed the 18 unit-
undergraduate education subjects before completing the
master’s program.
FOR M.A. COUNSELING PSYCHOLOGY APPLICANTS:
Completion of the following undergraduate Psychology subjects:
 General Psychology (3 units)
 Experimental Psychology (5 units)
 Statistics in Psychology (5 units)
