Felicitations!

It is with great exultation to express that our beloved town, Concepcion, will be
celebrating its SESQUICENTENNIAL FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY this coming
December, 2013. Through the years, the people of Concepcion look forward to and
actively participate in the different activities prepared by our Municipality. Humbly
saying, our people here are very much united and endeared for their untiring
support in making our events successful.

Relative to this, like the previous annual foundation celebrations, we would like to
make this 150th Foundation Month to be very remarkable and momentous, that
hopefully, every Concepcionian will never forget. With this, we have prepared a list
of activities for them to participate in and compete in various contests.

We would like to knock on your benevolent hearts and seek for appropriate
assistance. We will be greatly honored with any support you would extend and
surely you play a big role to the success of our celebration.

May we continuously be the instruments to enlighten our people’s desires. Thank
