NAMA Integrated Centre for Excellence Limited (NICE Consulting) is a social
consulting firm focused on serving the comprehensive needs of corporate
institutions, associations and civil society organizations in the full range
of the management, business and development cycle. With a core staff of
experienced professionals and a team approach to most consulting projects,
NICE Consulting can offer a more customized services to clients depending
on their needs. It is a Not-for-Profit company limited by Guarantee,
registered in Tanzania to provide social consultancy services for educational
empowerment, youth empowerment and Civil Society Organizations
development at affordable fees for sustainability of its products and services
in the market.
It aims at empowering Third Sector Organizations and Education sector as
a way of promoting social entrepreneurship and volunteerism among the
youths for economic, social, and ethical development of the nation.
“NICE Consulting” is a “Brand name” that identifies us from other consultancy
firms in the market, a new generation organization in providing top-end social
consulting services using top level experts who help guide decisions that
form the basic building blocks required for implementing the institutions and
organizations day to day programmes. We are a dedicated social consultancy
firm delivering the first class Training, Consultancy and Capacity Building
services to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs); education based Institutions;

• CSO - (CBO and FBOs) Development and Capacity Building:
Consultancy on systems, frameworks and building the
Management capacity for CSO;
• Education Empowerment: - Teachers and Staff Trainings,
institutions, Management and stakeholders capacity buildings
and best Model Development;
• Youth and Community Empowerment: Mentoring and coaching
for youths in and out of schools to be the drivers for change and
to empower the community for development; and
