2 FLOORING AND CLADDING WORKS
Note:
Rates quoted in the following items shall include cost of all surface/substrate preparation,
base plaster coat in the case of wall cladding/dado works, protection of flooring by providing
a polythene sheet and a layer of POP. Rates to including carrying out works on all levels
and heights, cartage, wastage etc.

laid to designed pattern and slope, including setting in cement slurry, necessary cutting, 75.00 sqm 0

fresh screed to create slope, applying waterproofing system as per manufacturer's

1 Gypboard ceiling

a Seamless gypsum board - Providing and fixing in position false ceiling with gypsum board
laid as per manufacturers' specifications and as per drawing with gypboard 12.5mm
thk.fixed to the underside of suspended grid formed of G.I. Perimeter channel 20x27x30mm
fixed along the wall by using wood screws and metal expansion rawl plugs . The G.I.
intermediate channel of size 45x15x 0.9mm shall be fixed to the perimeter channel at
intervals not more than 1220mm The suspended G.I.ceiling angle is to be connected at G.I
soffit cleat of size 37x27x25x1.6mm and it should be fixed on top of roof slab /beam by
198 sqm 0
using metal expansion fasteners. The G.I. ceiling section of size 80x26x0.5mm is to be
provided across the intermediate channel at intervals not more than 457mm centres at
bottom and the same shall be fixed by G.I. connecting clips 2.64mm dia at the intersection
points. The ends of intermediate channel shall be inserted into perimeter channel by
adopting an overlap length of minimum 100mm covering with intermediate channel and
main supporting section .

the bottom also. Size 600mm high and 400mm deep. Shutters to have duco paint / 5 sqm 0

5 Pantry /Utility counter and storage
Storage in pantry - 600mm depth, 900mm high with granite top - Providing and fixing in
position storage made of waterproof ply with 20mm thk. polished granite top with edge as
per profile in drawing. storage box construction same as item F1. Unit to have a top row of
drawers and shutter storage below. Rate to include making skirting, groves, all hardware 7 sqm 0
etc. all complete. Shutters to have laminated finish with pattern as per drg. Elevation area
considered for quantity measurement. Granite basic rate to be taken as 3000/sqm

6 DB shutters/ battery rack shutters.

a P&F laminated storages to conceal Elec DB's or equipments at various locations made with
19mm thk waterproof plywood. Rate to include providing Aluminium frame all-round and at
450mm C/C vertically to avoid bend in shutter, concealed type hinges and dead lock and 17 sqm 0
recessed handles and concealed tower bolts. Typical shutter width not to exceed 450 mm.

b Providing and fixing of Sliding storage with aluminium channel track set and conceled 12 sqm 0
handles, to be 900 mm high and 450 mm deep storage units.

G Partitions & Structural works

1 Frameless Toughened Glass partition - 10mm TG

Toughened glass partitions till 2400mm ht. - Providing and fixing of 10mm thick toughened
glass full height glazed partitions fixed on top with teak wood beading of partition width and
18mm thickness and bottom inseerted into a Al. "U" channel with neoprene glazing gasket.
The Al U channel to be embedded in floor and fixed flush to the floor level. Rate to include 21 sqm 0
providing sealant in the joints, levelling and maintaining uniform grooves and levels.Note:
The partition above the glass level would be measured and paid as per the finish in the
respective items.

Providing and fixing Glazed panels with 6 mm clear float glass in Gypsumboard partitions or
laminated partitions upto 110 mm thick. Rate to include fixing glass with T.W. beading as per

detail. Beading to be duco painted / melanine polished as per desired shade.

5 Frameless Freestanding Toughened Glass partition - 12mm TG - 1200 high

Providing, Fabricating and fixing of freestanding glazed partitions 1200mm high with 12mm
toughened glass partitions fixed with brushed SS studs to Brushed SS poles 40x40 in size
and 3mm thick. These poles to be at an average spacing of 900mm and tied to each other
with 2 nos tie beams at levels as shown in drawing. These tie beams to be of brushed SS of
size 32x40mm and 2mm thick. The main vertical brushed SS poles to be taken below the
level of the screed and anchored onto the mother RC slab with MS base plate of min size 7 sqm 0
200x200 anchor bolted to the slab as per fabricators details duly approved by structural
consultant. The top of the MS poles to be finished with end caps. All welded joints to be
grinded properly and finished. All the edges of freestanding glass to be edge polished.

6 Full ht. Gypsum - Gypsum board Acoustic partition 101 mm thick

101mm thick Gypsteel Ultra™ stud partition including one layer of tapered edge 13mm thick
Gyproc Duraline Board and another layer of 12.5mm thick Gypboard® Plain (conforming to
IS:2095 – 1996-Part-I)- screw fixed with drywall screws of 25mm & 35mm at 300mm
centres to either side of 48mm Gypsteel Ultra™C stud (0.5mm thick having one flange of
34mm and another flange of 36mm made of GI Steel) placed at 610mm c/c in 50mm
Gypsteel Ultra™ floor and ceiling channel (0.5mm thick have equal flanges of 32mm made
of GI steel) anchored to the floor & true ceiling using suitable anchor fasteners or metal
screws with Pvc plugs. The boards are to be fixed to the framework with joints staggered to
avoid leakage through joints .A Gypsteel Ultra Noggin Channel of 48mm width (0.5mm thick
have equal flanges of 40mm each) has to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards
screw fixed to the stud using Gyproc Metal to Metal flat head screw. Finally square and
tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which
includes filling and finishing with Gyproc Jointing compound, Gyproc Joint Paper tape and
two coats of Drywall Top Coat (as per recommended practices of Saint- Gobain Gyproc
India). As an acoustic requirement, contractor to affix 25mm thick glass wool of density 12 sqm 0
24kg/m3 blanket wrapped in RP tissue suitably affixed to partition framework using where
necessary GI binding wire, duct tape as indicated in the drg Bottom-line or equivalent. Rate
to include making provisions in panels, grooves and finishing the same to fix soft board
(0.45x1.8m) and whiteboard (1.2mx3.2m) fixed flush on the partition. Note soft board and
whiteboards will be paid for separately. Rate also to include making openings for glass
panels, ducts, services and doors by providing concealed frames on all sides, framework
above false ceiling and any other provisions reqd. to facilitate the same, all hardware etc. all
complete. Rate to include finishing with 2 or more coats of Dulux 3-in-1 plastic emulsion
paint as per manufacturer's specifications all complete.Also include 50mm high Al. skirting
as approved.

7 Laminated partitions - Full height

Full height partition with laminate finish ( Basic rate of laminate upto Rs. 50/sft. ) - P&F in
position 12mm thick MR grade plywood (both sides- Greenply, century or equivalent) over
Aluminum framework of size 50x50 mm sections as per manufacturer's specifications with
spacing of 16" - 24" c/c horizontally and vertically bothways .The 12mm thick plywood
surface to be finished with 1.0 mm laminate as per design and drgs. and grooves provided
as per drg. Rate to include providing Thermorex strip below bottom member to seal any gap
along the floor. Rate also to include any softboard / whiteboard of size 1200 x 1500mm 12 sqm 0
fixed on the partition fixed flushed with the partition. Rate also to include making openings
for glass panels and doors by providing concealed frames on all sides, framework above
false ceiing and any other provisions reqd. to facilitate the same, all hardware etc. all
complete. Visible area of partition under false ceiling will be paid for.

8 Laminated partitions - Curved

10 Metal Wall partition-Wall Puff panel-80mm
Supply & Installation of self-standing puff panel compressing 0.5mm TCT color coated
profiled sheet on one side and 0.4mm color coated TCT on other side and the void between
the sheets filled by injecting polyurethane foam of high density (40kg/cum) using high press
equipment. The thickness at sheet shall form 80mm outer to outer excluding the profile. The
panel shall have tongue and grove joints with metal lock for rigid interlocking between the 225 sqm 0
panels with necessary accessories. Rate to include basic structure anchor bolts,
scaffolding and erection

11 Light steel works - vertical drop panels in front of the food stalls for signage and
display panels - 1200 mm high(For detaild refer to the tender drawings)
Providing, fabricating and fixing and position all MS light steel works with standard sections
of flats, squares, bars, rounds etc., as per detailed drawings, i/c welding, filing of joints,
fixing screws/grouting in position all complete. Rate to include straightening, cutting to
required sizes, fixing in line and level at all levels, bolting and welding of joints and painting
with 2 or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer. Rate to include 1.5 MT 0
staging, scaffolding, making layouts, fabrication drawings etc. all complete The
grilles/louvers to weigh not more than 3 Kg per Sft. Net covered area in elevation shall be
measured and paid for.

12 1200 high 50mm thick free standing metal wall parition with Ms section frame work and
metal sheet with perforations as a cladding element on the two sides of the frame work. The

13 Structural Steel works
Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position structural steel works in columns, beams,
