 THE STORY OF KATHY’S
The charm of Kathy’s Pasta dates back to the grand opening on March 23, 1994

Originally located at 434 S. Springfield, Kathy Gifford began her venture small, mainly carry-out,
with seating for 20 and only 8 items on the menu. Within a year, customer demand enlarged the
Seating to 40. Kathy expanded the menu, and a full-service restaurant was born.

In April of 1997, Kathy and her husband Larry purchased the building at 329 S. Main, the present
location. With seating for 97, a full-selection menu and catering services, Kathy’s Pasta is proud
to offer the Bolivar area with a unique Italian dining experience, while maintaining the quiet charm
of the early days. It is our goal to continue to offer the best homemade food, friendly service, and fair
prices for years to come.

In October of 2002 Kathy’s expanded to add a stylish banquet room with seating for 75.
The banquet room includes a deck for dining outside. Patrons can also dine around the fountain out front\
