Vision and mission of an is very important for strategic direction also to provide a focal

point that helps to align everyone is working to a single purpose. Without the individual
foundations of strong values illustrated by a vision to be undertaken by a mission, the
organization cannot become a overly successful and it is also to increase efficiency and
productivity in the organization.

Vision is made in the college where it made to design and social research drive
approachez and preeminent intellectual and creative center for effective engagement in a
world that increasingly demands for a better designed ibjects, communication and
organuzations to meet social needs.

Mision describe the overall purpose of an organization and it makes to prepares

student to understand, contribute to, and succeed in a rapidly changing society, thus
making the world better.Ensuring that the students develop both the skills that a sound
education provides and the competencies essential for sucess and leadership in the
emerging creative economy. This also lead in generating practical and theoretical
knowledge.

For me as a student I agree because of what I observe is that the vision and mission
of our college is align or it relates to each other. As for the vision, as a student I need to
become excellent nurse with self direction, competence and compassion which I can be
considered as a fruit or result to reach the mission which is a student that is being comitted,
providing a strong academic and also for a proffesional foundation for a practice nursing

For the university in considering the vision and mission it is align which each other
but somehiw there is some of the mission that is not the priority or less need in order to
meet the vision this is the sustaining of the food security and the climate resilience.

As for the vision of the college and the university it is very align because the college
provide the excellent education with a learner of self-directed, compassion and competence
that makes up the vision of the university to become the world-class education.

As overall considering the vision and mision of the university and the college I think
it is not align because as for the college it is very specific and it is very simple and I can see
that it is realistic or it is easy to meet comparing to the university, yeah regarding to the
mission their are many but because of that it become now the reason that their is no
focused. For example is that in terms of industry innovation,the food security what I
observe in this is that their is no improvement if their is it needs long time to happen also I
observe that there is crisis wherein sometime the university is not alreading making up
with the mission thus reaching up the vision is becoming less chance of having.
 On the objectives is that both of the college and the university is align, it is related
to their vision and mision. Each of the college and the university is making different
strategies and method to meet their needs and also to improve the quality of education
however at the end it becomes only one goal and objectives.
