5. An interview will be given to transferees only with their parent/guardian before
they are allowed to enroll.

OLD STUDENTS

grades on failed subjects taken during summer class.

D. Identification Card
All students are required to have ID card (school ID/ library ID). It serves as the
passport of the students in entering the school campus and in order for them to enjoy the
facilities of the school.
All students are required to submit two (2) pieces of 1x1 recent colored picture in
school uniform for the school ID at the beginning of the school year for freshmen and
transferees.
Lost school ID means securing another ID within a week. Strictly no ID no entry.

G. Graduation
1. Graduating students must have passed all of his/ her subjects.
2. Have complied completely the school clearance.
3. Have fully completed the graduation requirements.
4. Must have attended religiously the graduation rehearsals. Graduating students with
three consecutive absences during rehearsals will not be allowed to attend the
graduation rites.
5. All cleared graduating students are required to attend the graduation exercises and
claim their credentials after the graduation program.

An honor student recognized on convocation program for every grading period is someone
who not only excel in his/ her class but also achieves the highest standards of academic
excellence as set by the school.
•The ranking committee for the graduating honor students shall be the
principal as the chairman, the class adviser, and the subject teachers as
the members to be approved by the school director.

A. Enrolment
When a student registers in school, it is understood that he/ she is enrolling for the
whole year. A student who wishes to transfer or withdraw and has paid the pertinent tuition
and other fees in full maybe charged with the following:
1. 10% of the total amount if he/ she withdraws within the first week of classes.
2. No discount if she/he withdraws after the opening of the class.
Tuition fees paid for the first month during the enrolment period together with the
other school fees and etc. WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. (Source: Manual of Regulations
for Private Schools, 1970 Edition, p.35 and p. 137).
Old students with outstanding balance must pay first said balance to be accepted in
the following school year.
B. Mode of Payments
1. Every student is obliged to pay monthly or on installment basis for the whole year
obligation on tuition fee, miscellaneous fees and others, for a lighter and easy
way of paying the total amount due for the whole school year.
2. Account Card or the statement of account card should be presented when paying
the monthly obligation to the Bursar.
3. Without the account card or statement of account card, no student is allowed to
take the examination or (No permit No Exam). They will have a promissory letter
to be addressed to the Principal and he approved by the School Director, a week
prior to the examination.
4. Reissuance of the account card shall be charged Php50.00
only.
5. Scheduled of payments during examination day is two days before the
examination.

The Library is the storage of knowledge. Students come for mind nourishment and
advancement. Printed and non-printed materials are made available for student services and
to all bonafide MOMANIANS.
Its service is available at designated time; all MOMANIANS are part in the
preservation of the school library and must follow religiously the guiding rules and
regulations for a quality services and performance.

4. To prioritize the readers, doing individual projects and the like in the library is
strictly prohibited. Eating and sleeping are not allowed.
5. Books and other library materials should be handled with extra care. They are
intended to a number of users.
6. Things in the library must be kept in order after using. Chairs must be returned to
their proper places.
7. Students should never commit such acts like hiding or stealing books or other
library property, tearing/ writing on pages of books and periodicals. Stiff penalties
will be imposed on violators of this rule.
8. Big bags, envelopes, etc., must be left at the deposit counter. They should be
properly inspected before leaving the library.
9. Responsible Internet is advised—hence, opening of Facebook, YouTube and other
unnecessary site is not allowed
D. Circulation Regulations
1. BOOKS AND OTHER MATERIALS NOT FOR HOME USE.
The following must not be taken out in the library:
2. RESERVED BOOKS
Materials placed on the reserved section at the counter include basic reference for the
five learning areas. They are for overnight use only or more depending upon the number of
copies available. Overnight book is out at 5:30 P.M. and due at 8:00 A.M. of the following
day.
If more copies are available, a borrower can request for a minimum of three nights
only.

4. TEXTBOOKS
Textbooks are compulsory requirement for all students. (Please refer to the
Finance In charge for the terms and conditions of acquiring.)
E. Responsibility
The borrower is held responsible for all books, materials he/ she borrowed. They
must be returned before or on the due date.
Borrowed books should be returned properly, i.e., to the circulation counter.
Returning the books elsewhere does not relieve the borrower of his/ her responsibility.
F. Circulation Procedure
1. Open-shelf system borrowers are free to go directly to the shelves and withdraw
books needed except those found in the special and reserved section.
2. Books are arranged numerically by class numbers from 000– 900 (Dewey Decimal
System)
3. The borrower’s card is needed to check out any library material.
4. A student may borrow a maximum of two books or two general circulation books
but never two reserved books.
5. Any student using library card of other student for borrowing books or any library
material is held liable and is subject for disciplinary actions.
V. NON-ACADEMIC POLICIES
W. School Uniform
Every MOMA student is expected to wear proper prescribed uniform inside and
outside the campus during the school days. Everyone should be proud wearing the school
uniform.

B. Student Behavior
ON-CAMPUS BEHAVIOR
1. All students are expected to respect all authorities and show courtesy in their
dealing with their co-students, the administration, faculty members, school staff,
maintenance and other school personnel. Visitors are likewise to be shown respect
and be offered assistance if necessary.
2. Public manifestations of affection, contrary to the Christian moral standards will
not be tolerated. Students are expected to exercise self-discipline and control over
matters pertaining to their relationship with the opposite sex.
3. Loitering along the corridors or outside the classroom during the class hours should
be avoided.
4. Without permission from proper authorities, students are not allowed to loiter in
the following areas: laboratories, administrative offices, and other restricted areas.
5. As the school year ends, offices or rooms assigned to student organizations/ clubs
are off-limits to students. Keys to these rooms should be turned over to proper
authorities.
6. All classrooms are off-limits to students during noon break, after the last period in
the afternoon and during weekends unless with permission from proper authority
is secured for their use.
7. Students are expected to value and handle all school equipment and other facilities
with extra care. Blackboards and other classroom equipment must be properly
used. In case of unclean rooms or defective furniture/ facilities, students and
faculty members and other school personnel are enjoined to inform immediately
the proper school authority for immediate fixture, repair and maintenance and to
prevent maximum damage.
8. Students will pay for any damage they cause to any school property.
9. Teachers/ students must see to it that lights are turned-off after using the rooms
especially after the last period.
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the school campus even to teachers, other
school personnel and visitors.
11. Gambling in any form is strictly prohibited inside the school campus.
12. Bringing of alcoholic drinks into the campus is strictly prohibited. Students
caught under the influence of liquor inside the campus will be subjected to
disciplinary action.
13. Any student caught possessing, using or disturbing prohibited or dangerous
narcotics/ drugs will be subjected to stiff punishment.
14. Deadly weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the school campus.

15. Posters and announcements may posted only on designated areas after the
approval of the school head.
16. Tampering of notices or documents posted for dissemination is a serious offense.
Offenders will be dealt with accordingly.
17. School ID for students and employees should be worn upon entry of the school
gate. The security officer will check the proper wearing of the school ID.
Visitors, parents/ guardians and others are not allowed inside the campus unless
on official business transaction and should register themselves in the logbook.
18. Parents/ guardians, relatives, friends, others with important transaction with a
student inside the campus are allowed only with proper presentation/ agreement
to the security officer and with the approval of proper school authority and such
transaction should be discussed at the faculty office and the requesting party
should observe proper conduct and dress decently inside the school campus.
19. Theft, extortion and other unauthorized collections or solicitations would be
charged with heavy penalties.
20. Assaulting, coercing, disgracing and other similar cases to a teacher, a school
official, any school personnel, or a student would mean a severe penalty.
21. Using of cellular phones/ mobile phones is strictly prohibited during class hours,
programs, mass, and other school activities. Battery charging of cellular phones
inside the school is not allowed.
OFF-CAMPUS BEHAVIOR
The school cannot be held responsible for the behavior and activities of students
outside the school campus. However, any complaint of scandalous behavior or misconduct
outside the campus especially those affecting the reputation of the school will bring
investigation of the student concerned.
1. Students have the responsibility to safeguard the name of the school and conduct
themselves with dignity and decency even if they are not acting in any official
capacity for the school.
2. Students on official business for the school must abide by the instructions of the
school authorities.
3. Students are encourage to perform their civic duties and cooperate with the
government.
4. Students are enjoined to keep away from the indecent places, gambling joints,
drinking bars, and other places of ill reputation.
5. For the activities that the students plan to outside the school, e.g., field trips, socials
and the like, a written permission must be obtained from the school director
observing the proper procedures.
6. The use of the school in any activity or public affair must have the prior permission
of the school head.

7. The name of the school, school authorities, and others must not be used without
prior approval from the proper school authorities in any undertaking such as
invitations, programs, printing of tickets, etc.

2. DISCIPLINARY SANCTIONS
3. Censure—an oral or written reprimand for violation of any specific rule or
regulation.
4. Warning
a. First warning—for all offenses minor in nature, the student is given an oral
or written warning for him/ her to amend his/ her behavior.
b. Second warning—a written notice to parents/ guardian informing them of
the misconduct of their child and consequences of it. A warning sheet
will be signed by the student, parents/ guardian and the school
authorities.
c. Third warning—the student’s parents/ guardians is invited to visit the
school to inform them of the habitual offenses of their child. The student
is subject to suspension depending on the severity of misconduct to be
implemented by the school director.
3. Suspension—a penalty for serious or habitual violation of school rules and
regulations. The parent/ guardian will be notified accordingly. The suspended
student will not attend all his/ her classes but will do school work at home, at his/
her pace to cover up the lessons supposed to be taken within the suspension
period. Suspension from five days to not more than 20% of the total number of
school days is given to the student who is proven to have committed a serious or
habitual offense.
4. Dismissal—a student is terminated from the roll and transfer credentials are issued
expect for good conduct certification. A student dismissed from MOMA will not
be readmitted. After due investigation, the offender who is found to have
committed a serious offense even for the first time, or due to incorrigible attitude
which subjected the student through all stages of status in the school is dropped
from the roll.
5. Expulsion—the penalty is an extreme form of administrative sanction which
debars the student from all public and private schools. To be valid and effective,
the penalty of expulsion requires the approval of the Department of Education.
Expulsion is usually considered proper punishment for gross misconduct or
dishonesty and or much offenses as hazing, carrying deadly weapons, immorality,
drunkenness, vandalism, hooliganism, assaulting a teacher or any other authority
of his/ her agent or student instigating, engaging in activities resulting to damage
of school facilities/ properties or injury to persons preventing or threatening
students or faculty members or school authorities from discharging their duties
from attending classes or entering the school premises, forging or tampering
school records or transfer credentials or securing forged transfer credentials. (See
Manual of Regulations for Private Schools Revised Edition 1998, Article XIV,
Section 77, p390.)
