BIOGRAPHICAL DATA
The author, Mark Manwell S. Cayasa, is the second child of Mr. Manuel H. Cayasa and
Mrs. Angelina Cayasa. Mark Manwell S. Cayasa was born on March 16, 2000 in Guinayangan,
Quezon and presently residing in Brgy. Gregorio, Trece Martires City, Cavite.
Mr. Cayasa took up elementary education in Don Guillermo Eleazar Elementary School
and finished the secondary education in Guinayangan Academy. In June of the same year, Mr.
Cayasa enrolled in Trece Martires City Senior High School in Trece Martires City, Cavite and is
The author, Zien Johann O. Bautista, is the eldest daughter of Mr. Virgilio P. Bautista JR
and Mrs. Emily O. Bautista. She was born on October 12, 2000 in Manila City and is presently
residing in Brgy. Inocencio Trece Martires City, Cavite. Ms. Bautista’s siblings were Kirzten Abby
Ms. Bautista took up elementary education in Southville Elementary School and it was in
2018 where Ms. Bautista completed the secondary education in Trece Martires City National High
School in Trece Martires City, Cavite with honors. In June of the same year, Ms. Bautista enrolled
in Trece Martires City Senior High School also in the said city and is currently a Grade 12 student
The author, Michelle Dianne G. Bocalan, is the youngest of Mr. Omar R. Bocalan and
Mrs. Wilma G. Bocalan. She was born on September 21, 2000 in Pasay City, Manila. Ms.
Bocalan’s siblings are Geniva G. Bocalan, Mark Ryan G. Bocalan and Kenneth G. Bocalan. Ms.
Bocalan is presently residing in Brgy. San Agustin, Trece Martires City, Cavite.

finished secondary education in Trece Martires City National High School in Trece Martires City,
Cavite in 2018 and graduated with honors as well as Leadership Award. In June of the same year,

The author, Patricia Ann B. Imperial, is the fourth child of Mr. Panfilo Imperial and Mrs.
Aida B. Imperial. She was born on August 25, 2000 in Biñan, Laguna. Ms. Imperial’s siblings are
Aileen Imperial, Carlo Jay Imperial, Karl Michael Imperial, Jason Paul Imperial and the youngest
is Pauleen Imperial. Ms. Imperial is presently residing in Brgy. Lapidario, Trece Martires City,

Fontanilla. Miyuki F. Nakata was born on January 06, 2001 in Imus Cavite. Ms. Nakata’s siblings
are Ariza Fontanilla and the youngest is Sirghed Ungco. Ms. Nakata is presently residing in Brgy.

The author, Kristel B. Tinapay, is the eldest daughter of Mr. Kennedy D. Tinapay and
Mrs. Chona B. Tinapay. Kristel B. Tinapay was born on April 25, 2001 in Hungduan, Ifugao. Ms.
Tinapay’s siblings are Candy B. Tinapay and the youngest is Ghenly B. Tinapay. Ms. Tinapay is
finished the secondary education in Trece Martires City National High School in Trece Martires
City Cavite in 2018 and graduated with honors. In June of the same year, Ms. Tinapay enrolled in

The study entitled “Influence of Socio- demographic of Apparel Shopper to the Level of
Preference of Mode of Shopping in Online Apparel Store in Trece Martires City, Cavite" aimed to
identify the leadership roles as managers in fast food chains. Particularly, the study focused on
availability as a consumer. Also, to distinguish the level of preference of mode of apparel shopping
online and walk-in apparel stores among the respondents and the significant relationship between
The study used correlational approach to establish correlational relationships regards the
customers’ socio-demographic especially the technology use and monthly income where survey
questionnaires were used and the data gathered were tallied, interpreted and statistically analyzed
Results revealed that branch managers do have certain characteristics which includes
leadership skills, interpersonal skills, time management skill and compliance to qualifications. The
leadership roles that were gathered are decision making and food safety monitoring. The managing
techniques used were shift managements, standard adherence, and subordinate management. All
of the results also reflect on the success of a fast food chain that was characterized as modernized
with satisfied customers, the presence of good investments and remarkable due to the quality of
the products and services. Moreover, it was determined that certain past leadership roles such as
being a former crew or a member of a group creates a great impact on the current performance of
of branch managers which portrays a leader, as parallel to the position of the participant for being
the superiors. The leadership roles of the branch managers were also inferred including the
decision making and supervising. Moreover, the managing techniques used in supervising were
claimed as a key factor towards the success of the business. Furthermore, the determined past
leadership roles of the branch managers were also concluded as a major impact for having a great
For the future enhancement and improvements of the study, the researchers recommend
that further evaluation of the attitudes on actual scenarios inside the fast food chain must be
considered as well as widening the scope in geographical and numbers of participants for more
