2. Give two (2) examples of physical hazards. Then give your reasons of why these conditions
happened.

3. Biological hazard come from working with animals, people or infectious plant materials. Give
one example of where can you be exposed to this type of hazard and explain how to control the
situation.

4. Discuss how an ergonomic hazard can harm the workers.

5. Give 4 examples of Chemical hazards

6. List down 2 examples of accident that can happen during the following work:
a. Bricklayers and allied craft
b. Carpentry works
c. Painters and decorators
