MONTHLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

For the month of July, 2018

I. STUDENTS’ DEVELOPMENT:

Attended the regular classes.

Maintained the cleanliness of the classroom during class period.
Participated in the school activities.
Assigned student teacher to handle classes whenever I have had intervening activities.
Took the Pre-test.

II. TEACHER’S DEVELOPMENT:

Managed students in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of classroom during class period.
Guided students in classroom discussion and activity.
Attended regularly the conduct of staff Conference.
Supervised the students in taking Pre-test.
Distributed books to every students under my subject classes, ESP 9 and MAPEH 9.
Used ICT in accomplishing school forms and instructional materials.
Participated actively during the Earthquake Drill.
Supervised the students during Band practice.
Accomplished duties as Judge during the Poster Making & Essay Contest with the theme:” Katatagan sa
Kalamidad ay Makakamtan, Kapag Sapat ang Kaalaman sa Kahandaan”.
Accomplished duties of a canvasser.
Attended Oplan Orientation Workshop conducted at Baleno National High School.
Accomplished duties as in-charged of attendance during the stakeholders’ General Assembly.
Accomplished duties as member of working committees, In-charge of the parade and documentation,
Judge for essay Contest, tabulator during Nutrition Month Celebration.
Assisted my colleague

III. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

Made use of available instructional materials in teaching.

Applied different approaches to make teaching and learning effective.
Applied research studies for further teacher’s development.

1V. PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

Maintained cleanliness and orderliness of my workplace.

Participated in the maintenance of school’s cleanliness and orderliness.

V. COMMUNITY LINKAGES/NETWORKING

Informed some parents about the progress and problems of my students.
