service.
“The main objective is to be able to
create a customer service culture to
win and retain customers to BK,”
Ms Kumar said.
She said BK invests in continuous
learning and development of its
employees and believes in upgrad-
ing the skills and knowledge of its
team.
Earlier in August this year, 26 employ-
ees of BK team also attended the
same training and it was successful.
“BK has previously done “Managing
Customer Complaints” training as
well,” Ms Kumar said.
