Condition Observation Corrective Action


Front end load was 1. AR-9 (CO2 slippage) 1.Back pressure was
increased as increased (500  1100 ppm), increased. from 353 to 357
77.5—78.5 div 2. LICe-1 (Absorber ∆p) to 360 #
increased (6.2—>6.4 #) 2.FRCe-12 flow was
increased through 107-J
from 74 to 75.5 div

One inch of catacarb AR-9 (CO2 slippage) increased as 1. FRCe-101 was

FRCe-101 was AR-9 (CO2 slippage) decreased (1900 Back pressure is further
decreased from 78.5 to  800 ppm). being decreased.
78.0 div Back pressure decreased as 365 Load will be increased back
358 # to 78.5 div as conditions
improved

Note: Catacarb system Lean/S Lean solution color was observed dark that was also confirmed from lab.
Lab reported Lean /S Lean colour = 375/360 ( A.P.H nos.), that is much increased against 117-F in/out
color reported = 325/315 (A.P.H no) done on 08-10-2018. So at this time

1. Total Normality will not be exact reflection of Lean/ S Lean Solution strength.
2. Conditions will be improved as soon as 117-F will be back in service.
