En preparación para el ayuno, debemos leer los
siguientes versículos de la Biblia: Daniel 1:5-20 /
Números 6:1-4 / 1 Corintios 10:21 / Isaías 58 / Hechos
13:1-4 / Salmos 35 / Salmos 69 / Daniel 9:3 / Joel 2:12 /
Mateo 17:21 / Marcos 9:29 / 1 Corintios 7:5.
Si desea leer alguna literatura acerca del ayuno,
puede leer el siguiente libro:
“God's Chosen Fast” (El ayuno escogido por Dios) del
autor: Arthur Wallis
La escritura nos exhorta a orar sin cesar (I Tes. 5:17) y
también nos insta a que estemos todos orando
(Hechos 12:12).
Los estamos alentando a que hagan un diligente
esfuerzo por buscar la presencia de Dios. La
examinación cuidadosa del libro de Juan 15 nos revela
que la vida de Dios está en la vid de Dios (Cristo) y que
como ramas, nosotros debemos habitar en El:
1. Nuestra voluntad debe alinearse para habitar en
El. Salmo 16:8 “A Jehová he puesto siempre delante
de mí; Porque está a mi diestra, no seré conmovido”
2. Nuestra confesión debe alinearse para habitar en
El. Salmo 19:14 “Sean gratos los dichos de mi boca y
la meditación de mi corazón delante de ti, Oh Jehová,
roca mía, y redentor mío”
3. Nuestro caminar debe alinearse para habitar en El.
Salmo 1:1 “Bienaventurado el varón que no anduvo
en consejo de malos, Ni estuvo en camino de
pecadores, Ni en silla de escarnecedores se ha
sentado”
Mateo 5:16
“Así alumbre vuestra luz delante de los hombres, para
que vean vuestras buenas obras, y glorifiquen a vuestro
Padre que está en los cielos”
Tiempos de oración corporal tomaran lugar los Jueves
a las 8:00 PM durante el servicio de “Noche de poder
con el Espíritu Santo”. También deseamos apartar

diferentes periodos durante el día para que todos
juntos unánimes en el espíritu, dondequiera que
estemos oremos. Estos serán momentos de oración y
pedimos se mantengan fieles al pacto de oración con
nuestro Dios.
La oración diaria será de esta forma:
1. Temprano en la mañana, durante las 6:00 AM y 9:00
AM, dependiendo de su horario laboral, pedimos
que se tomen 15 minutos diariamente para buscar
el rostro de Dios.
2. En su hora de almuerzo, durante las 11:30 AM y 1:30
PM, pedimos que se tomen 15 minutos para
acercarse al trono de Gracia en intercesión.
3. Finalmente, pedimos que el periodo de las 7:30 PM
a las 8:00 PM sea un tiempo de oración diaria en
cada hogar.
Durante las siguientes tres semanas podremos
refrescarnos en la realidad del poder de la oración y su
alcance en el plan divino de Dios.
Durante toda esta temporada de oración, estaremos
buscando el rostro de Dios por su misericordia y favor,
su guía y promesas. Su seguridad y su poder además
de su confirmación divina por lo que El ya ordenó para
su pueblo.
Si tienes alguna petición de oración urgente, tienes
que completar por escrito la petición de oración que
los ujieres repartirán en cada servicio durante todo el
periodo del ayuno.
Quiero personalmente exhortarlos a que en este mes
lean todo lo que puedan acerca de la oración y la
intercesión. Existen poderosos libros que exponen la
importancia de la oración y están disponibles en toda
librería cristiana. A continuación encontrarán una lista
de libros recomendados que le ayudarán
grandemente. Los títulos están en Inglés, pero la
librería los puede asistir para conseguirlos en español.

El Ayuno:
En los próximos días debes establecer un “patrón” para
el ayuno, debes comenzar tomando diariamente por lo
menos 8 vasos (8 onzas) de agua destilada.
Debes eliminar toda cafeína y azúcar de tu dieta, así
como toda harina blanca y todo producto que
contenga harina blanca que se metabolice en azúcar y
grasa en tu sistema.
Si puedes y no tienes ningún problema médico,
comienza a caminar livianamente diariamente.
Puedes levantarte más temprano y caminar mientras
o r a s p a r a c o m e n z a r t u d í a . Ca m i n a r y o r a r
simultáneamente es un gran estimulante para la
intimidad con Dios.
El pan de Ezequiel provee la fibra que necesitas en tu
dieta diaria. Si no ingieres extra fibra dietética, será
beneficioso que obtengas un buen producto de fibra
dietética y lo tomes dos veces al día- en la mañana y
por la noche. Esta fibra dietética es esencial para la
limpieza de las vías digestivas y la promoción de buena
salud.

El almuerzo idealmente debe consistir de verduras
frescas y quizás una lasca de pan Ezequiel o pan
Essenio. EVITA LECHUGA ICEBURG. Esto es lo peor de
ingerir y digerir. En lugar de Iceberg lettuce, come
Romaine lettuce, lechuga de cabeza verde o roja,
Hydroponic Bib Lettuce, Endives, Radicchio, repollo
rojo o verde (cabbage), ají dulce, tomates, zanahorias,
apio.
Si necesitas un tentempié durante el día, considera
prepararte bolsitas con zanahorias y apio picado en
trocitos pequeños, mojándolos en agua destilada
durante toda la noche en el refrigerador.
Para la cena (por la noche), come una ensalada grande
con, por lo menos ocho diferentes vegetales.
Si te sientes desesperado por la proteína, agrégale
algunas almendras o nueces (en moderación). Sazona
la ensalada con aceite de oliva, vinagre balsámico o
jugo de limón.
NO SE PUEDE AGREGAR NINGUNA OTRA CREMA O
CONDIMENTO A LA ENSALADA.
También puedes obtener mermelada “Polaner All Fruit
spread” para la tostada de la mañana o después de la
comida por la noche. Aunque es mucho más saludable
comer una fruta para el tentempié de la noche –
aproximadamente 2 horas después de la comida. Trata
de no comer después de las 9:00 PM.
Alimentos permitidos durante el ayuno:
Frutas – manzanas, uvas, naranjas, toronjas, fresas,
d u r a z n o s, c i r u e l a s, z a n a h o r i a s, a p i o, m e l ó n
(cantaloupe), tomate, peras, nectarines. Se pueden
consumir frutas secas.
Panes – Ezequiel o Essenio.
Productos lácteos – Leche de soya o arroz.
Vegetales – lechuga romana, pepinos, calabazas,

espinaca, zuchini, zanahorias,ajíes, berenjena, frijoles
(pinto, rojo, blanco, negro), brócoli, col, habichuelas,
garbanzos, lentejas, repollo y toda legumbre
(vegetales) verde no antes mencionado.
Se recomiendan sopas de vegetales como: Lentejas,
chicharos (garbanzos), cremas de vegetales.
No se debe comer ningún tipo de carnes, aves o
pescado durante el ayuno.
Requisitos:
 Mucho descanso
 Tomar mucha agua
 Mantener una rutina de oración
 Mantener un cuaderno o jornal de sueños. Ponlo en
la mesa de noche y trata de despertarte después de
un sueño para que lo escribas con detalles.
 Orar frecuentemente en el espíritu
 Avivar tu lenguaje de oración
 Escoger una porción de las escrituras, diariamente,
como meditación y mantenerse en esa escritura.
 Pedirle a Dios que te ayude a identificar esas áreas
en tu vida en las cuales El quiere trabajar.
 Pedirle a Dios que te ayude a identificar esos
obstáculos que están impidiendo tu progreso en El.
 Pedirle a Dios que te ayude a identificar las áreas que
tienes que completar en esta temporada.
 Pedirle a Dios que te sensibilice a las cosas que te
distraen para que puedas permanecer enfocado.
 Buscarlo a El para que te puedas apartar de la
tentación y las fuerzas de las tinieblas.
 Dedicar tiempo cantando en el espíritu y adorando
a Dios.

 Crear una melodía en tu corazón como disciplina
hacia una imaginación enfocada en Dios.
 Recordar que Dios mantiene a la persona en
per fecta paz cuando su imaginación es
concentrada en El.
Juntos lograremos el propósito de Dios en nuestras
vidas. Los amo y pido al Señor que este tiempo de
ayuno sea una experiencia espiritual inolvidable que
solidifique nuestra fundación, estremezca los poderes
satánicos que tratan de impedir la bendición y abra
toda puerta que el diablo ha cerrado.

Y les señaló el rey ración para cada día, de la provisión
de la comida del rey, y del vino que él bebía; y que los
criase tres años, para que al fin de ellos se presentasen
delante del rey. 6 Entre éstos estaban Daniel, Ananías,

Misael y Azarías, de los hijos de Judá. A éstos el jefe de
los eunucos puso nombres: puso a Daniel, Beltsasar; a
Ananías, Sadrac; a Misael, Mesac; y a Azarías, Abed-

nego. Y Daniel propuso en su corazón no
contaminarse con la porción de la comida del rey, ni
con el vino que él bebía; pidió, por tanto, al jefe de los

eunucos que no se le obligase a contaminarse. Y puso
Dios a Daniel en gracia y en buena voluntad con el jefe
de los eunucos; 10 y dijo el jefe de los eunucos a Daniel:
Temo a mi señor el rey, que señaló vuestra comida y
vuestra bebida; pues luego que él vea vuestros rostros
más pálidos que los de los muchachos que son
semejantes a vosotros, condenaréis para con el rey mi
cabeza. 11 Entonces dijo Daniel a Melsar, que estaba
puesto por el jefe de los eunucos sobre Daniel,
Ananías, Misael y Azarías:

Te ruego que hagas la
prueba con tus siervos por diez días, y nos den

legumbres a comer, y agua a beber. Compara luego
nuestros rostros con los rostros de los muchachos que
comen de la ración de la comida del rey, y haz después

con tus siervos según veas. Consintió, pues, con ellos
en esto, y probó con ellos diez días. 15 Y al cabo de los
diez días pareció el rostro de ellos mejor y más robusto
que el de los otros muchachos que comían de la

yugo? ¿No es que partas tu pan con el hambriento, y a
los pobres errantes albergues en casa; que cuando
veas al desnudo, lo cubras, y no te escondas de tu

“God's Chosen Fast” by: Arthur Wallis
The Scripture admonishes us to pray without ceasing
(I Thess. 5:17), and it also encourages us to be “stretched
out” in our prayers unto God (Acts 12:12 – the word
here for “praying”implies being “stretched out”).
Therefore, we are encouraging you to make a
concerted effort to diligently and moment-by-
moment develop a rhythm of practicing the presence
of God. Careful examination of John 15 reveals that the
life of God is in the Vine of God (Christ) and that as
branches, we are to ABIDE. The Lord Jesus encourages
ABIDING in Him.
1- A setting of your will is essential to abiding.
Psalms 16:8 “I have set the Lord continually befote me:
because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved”.
2- A setting of your words is essential to abiding.
Psalms 19:14 “Let the words of my mouth and the
meditation of my Heart be acceptable in Your sight, O
Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer”.
3- A setting of your walk is essential to abiding.
Psalms 1:1 “Blessed is the man who walks not in the
council of the ungodly…”
4- A setting of your works as the outcome of your
abiding in the Father is necessary for others to
be touched by the life of Christ.

Matthew 5:16 “Let your light so shine before men that
they may see your good Works and glorify your Father
which is in Heaven”.
Times of corporate prayer will take place during the
Thursday service at 8:00 PM. In addition, we are
seeking to “lock in” on certain times throughout the
day when we will all take the time to pray wherever we
are, whether it be at work, home, school, or travel.
These will be daily prayer times, and we ask that all of us
be faithful to our covenant of prayer with God to
preserve in the matter.
Daily prayer time will be as follows:
1- Early morning between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM,
depending upon your work schedule. We ask that
you take 15 minutes daily to seek the face of God.
2- During your lunch hour, between the hours of
11:30 AM and 1:30 PM, we ask that you take 15
minutes to approach the throne of grace in
intercession.
3- Finally, we ask that the period of time from 7:30 PM
to 8:00 PM be a time of prayer in every household
on a nightly basis.
This will be a season for refreshing in the awareness of
the power of prayer and its wide reaching scope of
effect in the overall plan of God.
During this entire season of prayer, we will be seeking
the face of God for His mercy and favor, His input and
His promises, His assurance and His wonder-working
power, as well as His Divine Confirmation on that which
He ordains for His people.
If you have an urgent prayer request, please fill out the
prayer request forms which will be distributed by the
ushers during this period.

salads with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, or lemon juice.
