About the Authors


P. K. Gupta is the Director of the Institute of Management Studies and Chairman of the Board of Studies, Devi
Ahilya University, Indore. He has authored several research papers of national and international repute. He is the
panel member of the board of studies of several universities and has had over 30 years of teaching experience in
human resource management. In addition, P.K. Gupta has practiced as a management consultant for many years.
He has several years of experience in the textile industry, where he has specialized in the employee relations and
employee development fields. P.K. Gupta has chaired many national and international conferences. In addition, he
has been invited in various committees of AIU, AICTE, and UGC as a visiting member.
