and that they shall form the basis of any loan on Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (MMFSL) may decide to grant me / us. I / We confirm that there are no

that I / We reserve no right to appeal against this decision of the institution. I / We confirm having read the terms and conditions governing the loans from MMFSL that loan

hereby undertake to inform you of any changes in the residential / business address as and when such change occurs. I / We agree that MMFSL may either by itself or through

information or any other information in its records for the purpose of credit appraisal / sharing or for any other purpose. I / We agree that MMFSL may disclose any information
relating to me / us including my default any information relating to me / us including my / our account status and my default committed by me / us to any person or entity for
any reason or purpose whatever (including for the purpose of credit approval sharing ). I / We request the institution to credit / pay the loan amount to the dealer / seller on
my / our behalf. I / We / are aware that the institution is not responsible for the delivery quality of assets. Further, I / We have read, understood, acknowledge and agree that
a request and demand from any authority under the statutory law will be mandatorily complied with by MMFSL.

That the receipt of your application form for the loan does not guarantee the automatic approval of your loan by MMFSL
MMFSL will decide the quantum of the loan at its sole discretion.
MMFSL reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reasons.
MMFSL may request for additional documents other than those collected with the application.
MMFSL reserves the right to retain the photograph and documents submitted along with the application form and shall not return the same to applicant / co-applicant
MMFSL shall not be liable for loss or delay in receipt of documents
Incomplete / defective application will not be processed and MMFSL shall not be responsible in any manner for the resulting delay or otherwise

The rate of interest are subject to changes as the situation warrants and are subject to the discretion of the management on a case basis.

Approach for gradation of risk:

The decision to give a loan and the interest rate applicable to each loan account is assessed on a case basis, based on multiple parameters such as the type of
the asset being financed, borrowed profile and repayment capacity, borrower’s other financial commitments, past repayment track record if any, the security for the
loans as represented by the underlying assets, loan value ratio, mode of payment,tenure of the loan,geography(location) of the borrower,end use of the asset
etc. Such information is collated based on borrower inputs and inspection by the company officials.
