 MINUTES

On Tuesday, September 11

Welcoming to all the teams of the partner schools by the coordinator teachers of the Slovenian
team. Teachers were accommodated at Hotel Lent in Maribor.

On Wednesday, September 12
The project meeting was opened with the participation of Slovenian teachers and students and
a Slovenian welcome ceremony presented by Slovenian students and teachers at the school. The
principal made a tour around the school and the kindergarten. Main coordinator Dzilda
conducted a meeting, in which she and Artur presented focus points we need to do before the
project end. All the participating teachers and coordinators were present at the meeting. We
discussed e-twinning, e-magazine, e-book and weebly site of our project, which need to be
developed further. Meeting ended with the less formal lunch. After lunch, there was a tour of
the nearby town Maribor by a tourist train, participants explored the Drava River by a raft and
met old traditions, inventions and traditional Slovenian music.

On Thursday, September 13
In the morning we set for Technical museum Bistra, where we saw old and new inventions, such
as cars, wood production, hunting, automotive industry, petrol industry, etc. We continued our
journey to Ljubljana old city centre, where we had lunch in the tallest building in the old city
centre. We explored the Ljubljanica River by a boat. After returning to Maribor we had dinner in
the Restaurant 7, which is a restaurant, where students learn how to prepare and serve meals.
On Friday, September 14
Morning time was planned for exploring Maribor and its tourist attractions. At 12 o’ clock, we
had a project meeting, where we discussed several important issues: deadline for the final report,
Europass mobility, weebly web site. We agreed that we have to start preparing final reports and
that we send our reports to the national agencies the same day. Lithuanian team is in charge of
preparing the final version they will accept our suggestions. We signed Europass mobility, which
will be distributed to students at arriving home. Everyone signed the list of participants. We
uploaded our e-twinning platform and our national project web site.
In the evening we had a formal farewell party, after it, we had team building with Slovene
teachers.
Everyone received a certificate of attendance.
