Dear Atty. Valencia:

I, Romnil Carl S. Cabrisos, a 5th student graduating student this 2nd semester S.Y 2017-2018
taking up Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering would like to request from your office to
allow me to have simultaneous enrolment of subjects with their pre-requisite subject.

In this connection, I am requesting that I will enrol this semester the following subject; CE 529
which is a pre-requisite to CE 509. I have taken the former last 2nd semester of school year 2016-
2017 and end up having an INC grade. But I wasn’t able to comply it within the given time
therefore I failed the subject. I am fully aware about the consequences under the CHED policy
that if I fail in the pre-requisite subject again, this would automatically mean that I would also
fail the subject.

These are the subjects that I need to take up this 2nd semester.
