With 140+ CMS solutions within the Australian market, where to start?
In an era where a substantial and increasing amount of business is conducted online and people are depending on online applications and services
for their work, awareness of the business value of websites is rising. Usable and accessible websites are proving to deliver higher conversion rates
and improve business processes and efficiencies.

However, many organisations are still facing challenges in choosing the right CMS, redesigning their website for enhanced collaboration with
(potential) customers and optimising user experiences, usability and accessibility.

This one-day study group will provide you with an opportunity to learn about some of the critical pillars that underpin the business benefits of
your online presence. You’ll have the chance to interact with the speakers and other attendees to really gain a better understanding of how to:

ƒƒ Develop and execute strategies for optimising the use of your website
ƒƒ Select the right Content Management System (CMS) for your organisation
ƒƒ Build an information architecture that maximises navigation and efficiency
ƒƒ Improve customer engagement with Web 2.0 technologies
