AFFIDAVIT OF TOTAL LANDHOLDINGS

I, KIM A. LIAO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of 147 National
Highway, Brgy. San Pedro, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

That I am one of the heirs of Guillerma Elicho Alba on a parcel of agricultural

land by virtue of (a) an Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate of the Deceased Guillerma
Elicho Alba denominated as Doc. No. 287, Page No. 59, Book No. 4, Series of 2014 in
the Notary Register of Atty. Joel Agustin Tan where the said document is
acknowledged; and (b) a Partition Agreement Among Heirs of the Deceased Guillerma
Elicho Alba denominated as Doc. No. 391, Page No. 80, Book No. III, Series of 2017 in
the Notary Registry of Atty. Emilia Concepcion D. Severino where said document is
acknowledged and the said parcel of land is particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 793-PLS-110-A

“Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 793, Pls-110-A, being S.

63-54 W., 924.92 m from BLLM No. 1 Bgy. Salvacion, City of Puerto
Princesa, Palawan. Bounded on the N., along lines 1-2-3 by Road; on
the NE., & E., along lines 3-4-5-6-7-8-9 by National Road; on the SW.,
along lines 9-10 by Public Forest; on the W., along line 10-1 by Lot 792,
Pls-110-A. Containing an area of SIXTY SIX THOUSAND (66,000)
SQUARE METERS”

That in the above-described parcel of land I do not own any undivided share as
provided under the Partition Agreement described above;

That I am a co-owner of a parcel of agricultural land covered by TCT No. 1271,

Cadastral Lot No. F(IV-13)1559-D situated in Brgy. Salvacion, Puerto Princesa City
containing a total area of FORTY THREE THOUSAND SEVENTY SIX (43,076) SQUARE
METERS of which I am the owner of an undivided share consisting of an area of SEVEN
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE (7,179) SQUARE METERS;

That my total landholdings do not exceed five (5) hectares;

That I am executing this affidavit in connection with the requirement of Registry

of Deeds, DAR, BIR and other government agencies and for whatever legal purpose this
may lawfully serve.
