Hi Becky
I’ve just got a letter from one of our residents complaining about us. I hope
you can help me by giving some advice.
The resident lost her key for the refuse room, so she was unable to throw
away her rubbish during the Chinese New Year holiday, therefore making
her annoyed. She was also unhappy about thieves getting into the building if
they found a lost key. Any ideas about what we can do about this?
This resident also complained about rude and unhelpful staff in the
management office and the lack of consultation with residents about the
changes. I think the first problem was probably because we hired temporary
staff during the Chinese New Year holidays. Again, what do you think we
should do?
