AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, JOSEPH HOLY, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Unit 555 Clock Tower, Buendia
Ave., Makati City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am the Design Manager of SUPSUP Technology Solutions, Inc. and holding a
superior position to complainant Alexander Ira;

2. That I was present and personally affected in serious misconduct of ALEXANDER IRA
committed on August 4, 2014 when he uttered obscene and insulting language at me;

3. That on November 13, 2017, complainant was handed a big project for our UK client
INTEGREON, INC. and the client conducted Skype calibration with complainant in order
to give the instructions and specifications for Target Account. The client provided an
exclusive software called Alfheim Art Online (AAO) to be used for the project, but
complainant deliberately used other software instead.

4. That on February 8, 2018, complainant submitted the output directly to the client
without my approval, and the output was rejected the following day.

5. That complainant stopped reporting to work on February 25, 2018 after he received a
first notice for termination.

6. That I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to
support the respondent’s contention that Alexander Ira has been dismissed on just
causes and accorded with due process.
