8. Background : The Online Grammar Game, organized by the English Department, is an interesting
language-based activity for all students of Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Gombak. This aThis program
aims to encourage the use of English language among students either in spoken activities. It is hoped that at the
end of the program, the students interest towards this subject will be heightened and simultaneously their
achievement will be improved.
9. Purpose : To encourage pupils to speak English in everyday conversations.
10. Objectives
10.1 To promote the use of English among students
10.2 To encourage participation of students in school-level programs
10.3 To promote English Language as a medium of interaction.
10.4 To train the students to produce communication’s skills in English
10.5 To expose the students to the use of English in daily conversations
