Factually this world is full of colours. The natural beauty of this
cosmos is really fascinating. Children add color to this beauty.
Their innocent and delightful smile resemble sweet songs of
swallows. Children are supposed to be the future founders with
glowing expectations.
Poverty:
Poor families often rely on the labors of their children for survival,
and sometimes it is their only source of income. This type of work
is often hidden away because it is not always in the industrial
sector. Child labor is employed in subsistence agriculture. A child
may consent to work if, for example, the earnings are attractive or
if the child hates school, but such consent may not be informed
consent
Injustice:
Too much work has been done in this regard for the betterment of
children in the western world. More extensive provisions are given
to children in the modern world where as children lack these
facilities in backward countries of the third world. The confiscation
of rights of children in the third world is very common. Even there
is no proper restriction on child labour. They are made to work
very hard for less amount of labour charges. It is a cruel
suppression of their spiritual enthusiasm.
Lack of Education:
It is a well exposed fact that children of the third world countries
are still the victims of starvation and unhealthy atmosphere. It is
their misfortune that they lack primary education, which is
essential to become a good citizen. The suppression of the rights of
children is not new in the third world. It has been followed since
past age. Children are compelled and forced to work hard more
than their capacity.

Of Thoughts:
Politicians:
we'd have no child-labor problem," says Najanuddin Najmi, the
director general of the Workers Education Program, a government
agency. "There's little doubt that inexpensive child labor has fueled
Pakistan's economic growth. Entire industries have relocated to
Pakistan because of the abundance of cheap child labor and our lax
labor laws. At the same time, child labor has hindered our
industrial development, especially in the use of advanced
technologies. We are discovering more and more factories that
have been redesigned and retooled so that only children can work
there."
Intellectual School of Thoughts:
On 21st November 2005 a big raid on factories employing child
labor in zari work in Delhi was mounted by Junned Khan, an
activist with the help of Police, Delhi Labor Department and an
NGO Pratham. During this rescue operation nearly 480 children
were rescued who ranged between aged 6 years to 14 years.
Successful Efforts Made By Different
School Of Thoughts:
Politicians:
Leaders and policy makers must realize that the education process
in Pakistan has fuelled the problem of child labor. The current
challenge is to make all schooling cost-effective for the
government and more important, poorer families, attractive and
relevant to the needs and aspirations of working children and their
families. With such a system in place, parents may not only be able
to afford schooling for their children, but they will very likely
rethink the opportunity cost of sending children to school versus
work
