 Leads and assigns work for Materials Processing Technicians and hourly assistants,
including training on policies and procedures
 Processes incoming materials for the collection, including gifts and new serial volumes,
journal issues, books, and accompanying materials
 Maintains statistics, updates records in Alma, and creates searches and analytics for a
variety of processes, including withdrawals and new book acquisitions
 Provides assistance and support for other library units, including staffing the circulation
desk and assisting in digital collections projects
