Notes:
 The structure designed against to the dead, live, and wind loads according to UFC and ASCE
STANDARD. And we can provide to you the shop drawings and structural calculations after
signing the contract.
 The price calculated for the present row material prices.
 We can provide data sheets and technical information after the bid awarded.
 You can see in the attachments the 3rd concept drawings of the warehouses.
 The estimated duration for the work is about 150 days for manufacturing and erecting.
 This quotation includes only the items that mentioned above so the other items which is not
mentioned (such as down water pvc pipes electrical works …) should be added.
 The main contractor should prepare the civil works and the site to let the work go without
obstacles.
 The erection of the j-anchor bolts should be upon the civil work responsibilities but the
manufacturing of the bolts is our responsibilities.
 Payment will be as the following:
o 30 % in advance.
o 30% when the steel structure elements start arriving to the site.
o 30 % after completing the erecting of the total steel structure elements and after the
sandwich panel raw materials reaches to the site.
o 10% after finishing the erecting of the sandwich panel.
