Breakdown Maintenance

 We provide maintenance service if any of the customer’s Tuktuk experiences any breakdown
 The Tuktuk will also be towed by our company if the customers are unable bring it to our
facility


Preventive Maintenance

 Customers are required to bring their Tuktuk to our facility for check-up services in order to
prevent breakdowns in the future
 Services like oil-change, replacements of worn parts and adjustments are provided

Predictive Maintenance

 Tuktuks are tested during design and assembly process. This provide us with an estimation
on how long a certain part will last and the lifespan of the parts
 Finite Analysis are also done on each part of the Tuktuk

Total Productive Maintenance

 Every machines in the facility are also taken care of by cleaning it once a week by the worker
to prevent any breakdown
 Inspection and adjustments are done once every 2 months
