 is a series of surveys collecting
and analyzing data on how the
Education, Small Business, and
Government Sector utilize web-
based technologies. 

Our surveys are designed to

collect "equity data" from
participants over the span of
1 to 4 years. Data collected is
traceable by  assigning a PIN
(Personalized Identification
Number) to each participant.
