- Complete control- a sole proprietorship has the decision making power over the business.
- The company does not pay business taxes.
- There are minimal legal costs involved in forming a sole proprietorship and fewer government filing fees.
DISADVANTAGES
- A sole proprietor of the business can be held personally liable for the debts and obligations of the business.
- All responsibilities and business decisions fall on the shoulders of the sole proprietorship.

VII. POSITIONING

We believe that we are the only one who is selling this kind of product, that’s why we have no competitor
yet.
B. ANNUAL DEMAND
The demand of our product is assured to be based on 5% of the entire population of Brgy. Poblacion which is
5142.
Daily Demand Monthly Sales Annual Supply
5142 x 5%= 257 pieces 7710 x ₱5.00 = ₱38 550.00 5142 x 5%= 257 pieces
(daily supply)
Daily Sales Annual Demand 257 x 30 days= 7710 pieces
257 x ₱5.00= ₱1285.00 7710 x 12 months= 92 520 (monthly supply)
pieces 7710 x 12= 92 520 pieces
Monthly Demand (annual supply)
6257 x 30= 7710 pieces
Our annual supply will depend on the annual projected demand.
Taxation is differentiated from other forms of payment, such as market exchanges, in that taxation does not
require consent and is not directly tied to any services rendered. The government compels taxation through an implicit
or explicit threat of force. Taxation is legally different than extortion or a protection racket because the imposing
institution is a government, not private sectors.
Tax systems have varied considerably across jurisdictions and time. In most, modern systems, taxation occurs
on both physical assets, such as property and specific events, such as sale transaction.
The most basic function of taxation is to fund government expenditures. Varying justifications and
explanations for taxes have been offered throughout history. Early taxes were used to support ruling classes, raise
armies and build defenses. The money raised from taxation also supports the government and allows it to maintain
roads or infrastructures, along with many other public services. Without taxpayer support, many of these programs
cannot exist or the government and most social services would not able to function.
Financial study/ analysis is the process of evaluating business projects budgets and other finance-related
entities to determine their performance and suitability. Typically, financial analysis is used to analyze whether an
entity is stable, solvent, liquid or profitable enough to warrant a monetary investment. When looking at a specific
company, a financial analyst conducts analysis by focusing on the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
statement.
