1. It is respectfully stated that this formal complaint under section 20, 27 and other relevant
sections of ‘Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act, 2016’ is being filed on behalf of Talisman Studio
and Geo Films against copyright infringement of our animated movie “Donkey King” which is to
be released on October 13th 2018.

2. That by use of Information system, our movie trailers, copyrighted songs and original art work
is being taken, adopted and manipulated by nefarious third parties for causing harm and
spreading false hood against state institutions, individuals and organizations. Our pre-release
content which is available online is being manipulated and we have via public notice in leading
daily newspapers, informed the public at Large that our production is for children and to promote
fun and entertainment. Some screenshots are attached.

3. We seek your help and assistance to address the matter at hand investigate and identify the
culprits behind these acts, any help that we can provide by way of sharing content materials etc
to show our original work can be made available at your request to the producer(s) of the Film.

4. It is requested that:
 a. The objectionable contents may be removed and its transmission may be
prevented with direction to the exhibitors/transmitter, publishers and hosting/service
providers to block access to such information and secure the defamatory contents for
further prosecution.

b. Criminal proceedings may be initiated against the culprits in accordance with

section 20 and 27 read with all enabling provisions of ‘Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act,
2016’ immediately.
