AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, GENESIS RAMIREZ WATMAN, Filipino, of legal age, married with postal address at
No. 31 G. Herrera Street Barangay Ibaba, Malabon City, subscribing under oath, depose and
say:

1. I am the Complainant in the instant cases for Estafa pending before Branch 291
with Criminal Case No: 16-1109-MAL.

2. After careful consideration of the cases, I voluntarily and unconditionally desist

from pursuing the above-mentioned complaint against the against the accused RODOLFO
SEVILLA Y MORBOS, as the civil aspect of the case has already been subject of an agreement
which will be a payment of two thousand pesos (Php2,000.00) every 15th and 30th of the month
which will commence on August 30, 2016 until he fully settled the total amount of Php
16,000.00 which will be completed on December 15, 2016.

3. I am aware that the effect of this Affidavit is that I can no longer revive or re–
institute the instant cases two years after it is provisionally dismissed.

4. I executed this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and to confirm
that I am WITHDRAWING and DESISTING from this case.
