Person Unauthorized on Property (Jaroslaw Waszczuk)
This is really out of the norm to post this in the department and I was not aware that we were going to do
this. Did we ask the police to do this? His letter stated that he would remain on paid leave which implies
the same expectations but I am a little concerned that this is being posted in the department since we
have not done this before on any other violence cases.
s Just want to make sure that we sanctioned this before it was posted in the department because I suspect
we will be getting an email about it soon.

The Bulletin attached below was delivered to FSSB Suite 1500 yesterday afternoon about 3:00 pm by a
uniformed officer.
Were these Bulletins delivered to other locations were PO&M has staff located?
The Letter of Intent to Dismiss, our last communication with Jerry, did not have any statements requiring
Mr. Waszczuk to stay away from the Sacramento Campus as a requirement of his "paid administrative
leave". Is any additional communication with Jerry required to ensure his understanding of this
requirement?

Hi There:
Bill-
Can you please go into eHR as there appears to be an eval in the system with an unsatisfactory rating for
Jaroslaw Waszczuk employee ID 100007732. Once you located it please cancel the eval totally out of the
system (i.e., delete). Steve has indicated that he was on leave for the majority of the review period and
should not have been evaluated with an unsatisfactory rating. 4..__.__

Can you please initiate a deferral on this employee as well, pushing the eval date out a year to September
2013? -dd

Can you advise the dept that we have done this? Steve shared with me the pending action on this
employee and that we will probably want to correct the system immediately.
The reason J. Waszczuk is not receiving an incentive is that he was on leave and suspension without pay
for the last fiscal year. Since he did not work, he is not eligible for an incentive and could not have
received an evaluation. Please ensure his evaluation was deferred. Any follow up to Gina Harwood.

For your review prior to us taking these folks off the CEMRP2 list, I wanted to run the list of names past
you. There are no unsatisfactory ratings for the May or July cycle. Any questions let me know, I'll bring
this to our 1/1 this morning.
