Remarks
The Execution team consisting of Mr. Daniel & Mr. Narendra will be in
Seychelles by 30/9/18 and Mr. Anuj by 3/10/18
The passport team of the execution team is attached to this mail.
The medical certificates will be provided by 20/10/2018

Discussed with a few civil contractors (Mr. Kaushal - Vijay Construction &
Mr. Singh - Singh Construction) to provide accommodation for labour in
their workers accommodation on chargable basis. The same will be
finalized with them on arrival at Seychelles
Site Vehicle finalized with a local pickup truck through the car hired during
previous visits (Mr. Pat +248 2814585) for transporting materials and a
separate vehicle for travelling to and fro to PUC, GH and site. The pick up
will be purchased and sold back however the other vehicle will be engaged
on rental basis.
Site will be itentified with the support of PUC and the coordinates provided
by them.
Balance drawings and pending documents for submission will be done by
30/10/2018
The project execution schedule has been submitted. The updated schedule
based on Shipment_1 is attached to this mail.
Land and Marine have been selected as CHA at Seychelles. The loading and
offloading of containers is in the scope of Land and Marine
Planning to hire a few locals and machinery for 1 MW site only and Indian
labour for the rooftop projects.
UPSC & CCCL are the 2 major civil materials suppliers and materials will be
taken fro either of the 2 suppliers
Discussed the same with UPSC and CCCL The materials will be taken only
after obtaining the quality certificates for the various civil materials. Steel
may be procured from India along with structures for re-inforcements
Will be handed over to PUC as the same has already been billed to PUC for
obtaining Custom Duty Waiver. If the same has to be sold separately,
custom duty will be applicable and the cost to brig back material will be
higher than the material cost. The extra materials are small contigency
required to avoid short fall and stoppage of work at site.
Insurance taken by Solis for its team, and the same to be extended to
Seychelles. If not possible a new one will be taken at Seychelles
Scheme has been finalized and will be shared shortly after approval from
PUC. On approval of fencing drawing and scheme we can provide offer for
the quantity / running meter
O&M for 1 MW included in contract but rooftop not issued. The O&M has
been considered with one local technician and site to be monitored
remotely from India. On major issues a team will be deputed to Seychelles
