INTRODUCTION
SAP Partner Service Delivery provides a range of on-demand services around SAP Partner COE
certification enabling SAP Sell partners to become support authorized.

This guide explains the remote pre-audit services, how to book them, what partners are entitled to,
addresses service prerequisites, as well as outlines booking guidelines.

IMPORTANT

The listed services are complementary services provided to you by SAP Partner Service Delivery. The
services are reviewing and highlighting selected items which can become critical during audit. They do
not constitute an audit, nor are they imitating an audit. All information and results shared through the
services are for enablement purposes only and do not guarantee a passing of the Partner COE
certification audit.

Pre-Audit Services

I. Comply with the Timelines and Prerequisites as outlined in


this guide to be eligible for service delivery

II. Create an incident to SAP, one incident per service, under


your SAP Partner account & system:
• Component: SV-BO-REQ-PCOE
• Short Description: “PCOE Pre-Audit Service”
• Problem Description: name the service you order
• Attachment: include the completed booking template

Services
This service is aimed at partners preparing for Target**: first attempt of
PCOE re-certification or validation audit and Recertification Audit or Validation
require clarification on the previous PCOE audit Check

PCOE Preparation Channel partners that choose to deliver support are required to attain Partner Center
Toolkits of Expertise certification, which is built on three main pillars: processes, infrastructure
and people.
The PCOE preparation toolkits have been created as a “roadmap” for partners
preparing for Partner COE certification, consolidating the main enablement materials
in a structured way.
