INTRODUCTION TO NDLM - NDLM scheme has been formulated to impart IT

Training to 2CRORES approx. persons in India. Government has introduced this
new scheme “NATIONAL DIGITAL LITERACY MISSION”. “Making one person in
every family digitally literate is one of the integral components of the Prime
Minister’s vision of “DIGITAL INDIA”. “DIGITAL Literacy is the ability of individuals
& communities to understand & use digital technology for meaningful actions
within life situations.

MUSKAN – We , Muskan are the No. 1 “TRAINING PARTNER” of NDLM, Delhi and
being very ambitious aims to be the INDIA’S No.1” TRAINING PARTNER”of NDLM .
Muskan aims at spreading knowledge because knowledge is strength and power.
Education and literacy are the keys to good future. We plan to make a “Digital
India” where quality education reaches most inaccessible corners driven by digital
learning. It also covers small Villages, Districts, States as they are the basic
foundation of our country We are proud of our Districts & States. We plan to
extend our Training Centres in all STATES as Muskan believes that States are the
heart of our country and without development of state “INDIA” cannot be a
developed country. Mr. Ajay Pandey, Chairman Muskan says that – The fragrance
of flowers spread only in the direction of wind but the Goodness of Educated
Person spreads in all directions.

FOCUS OF MUSKAN – Muskan being the No. 1 training partners of NDLM has
taken the responsibility of eradicating illiteracy from our country. We target to
open the closed doors of illiteracy and lighten the houses with bright candle of
light and education. We will make this programme as, “EACH ONE TEACH ONE
DIGITAL.”

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR STUDENTS ;

1) Age Group – 14 to 60 years of age

2) ADHAR CARD is mandatory
3) SC, ST – Caste certificate.
4) BPL – Card compulsory
5) 2 Recent Passport size photographs
DURATION OF COURSE :-

This project course duration is 20 hours. Certificate will be issued to each passing
candidate.

TRAINING CENTRE – Training centre is an institute where a student can get

registered study and give assessment.

ROLE OF TRAINING CENTRE :-

1) Selecting the beneficiaries eligible under the project and enrolling them for
the course.
2) Imparting the appropriate training course to beneficiaries eligible under
the project , including provided course materials.
3) Registering the beneficiaries, marking the attendance and conducting the
continous assessment.
4) Keeping a record of all beneficiaries that enroll in the course, certifying
their attendance and ensuring that the beneficiary appears for the exam.

HOW TRAINING CENTRE WORKS : - The training centre can register and train the
candidates with the help of online or offline video content/ pdf documents given
on the portal by logging in through centre or students Login ID.

TRAINING CENTRE INFRASTRUCTURE :- Centres interested for registration should

have this infrastructure –
1) At least 3 computers
2) Internet facility – Broadband 3G
3) Web camera – compulsory
4) Printer
 5) Scanner
6) Biometric machine
7) Smart phone etc.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PROJECT:-

1.Minimum infrastructures required for Training centres

2 No Examination fee for students.

3. Complete course free for SC/ST students

4. Short duration courses between10 to 30 days.

5. Online exam for all students.

6. All course material share by Training Centre

7. Benefit for all stake holders.

8. Benefit for BPL Working candidates

a) Rs15/ hour is the compensation to BPL candidates.

b) Aadhar card with linked bank account is mandatory to get this amount.

1) Directors name, photos, address, E-mail id alongwith telephone nos.
2) Aadhar card’s copy (scan)
3) Pan card’s copy (scan)
4) Application form for centre
5) Memorandum of Understanding.
6) Centre Photographs (front photo, Banner/Board Photo + Infrastructure
photo)
7) Website of institute if any
8) Previous work details.

We are attaching a centre registration form along with this mail to you. Please do
send all the above listed documents copy, filling the complete form so that we
can register you as our lucky centres.

Financial
𝑠ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑒 will be 70% and 30% ( 70% training center and 30 %training Partner)

INCENTIVES: IF YOU ARE COMPLETING EXAMS OF 500 STUDENTS IN A MONTH

YOU WILL GET 5% EXTRA PER STUDENT.

STRICT GUIDELINES OF THE PROJECT:

1. Aadhar is mandatory.

2. All the data filled on portal should match with Aadhar card.

3 .All training guidelines should be followed as per NDLMPMU directions.

4. No duplicate student is allowed.

5. Given fees can be charge from General/OBC candidates.

CONCLUSION: - Digitally literate person will possess a range of digital skills which
will teach how to use tablet, laptops, smart phones and desktop PC. It will help
people in communication and keeping up with social trends. So, lets join hands by
making our PM “MODI JI” dream come true of “DIGITAL INDIA” where
Government is open and Governance is transparent. Muskan request you all to
