Jordan hada small red fark on her upper right forearm which she alleged was caused by Alexander grabbing her and trying to pull her out of his house. Alexander father (Guy Neighbors) was at the residence and both him and Alexander denied t argument getting physical. At this time this case is being forwarded to the Chandler City Prosecutor Office to see if Alexander should be charged with one count of assault ne Observations on 11/29/2016 at 1546 hours I was dispatched to regarding a possible domestic violence situation. The reporting party (Jordan Neighbors) called to report her husband (Alexander Neighbors) grabbed and pushed her during a domestic fight. Jordan advised Alexander left the area walking eastbound on Megan Street upon arrival I contacted Jordan in her vehicle which was parked in front of the residence. The contact with Jordan was recorded using the AXOM body cameva provided by the Chandler Police Department. The following is a summary of the contact for full details refer to the recording Jordan told me the following: She advised she came to Alexander x up her daughter. She advised here she needed a sweater for her daughter and walked inside of the house. She advised he has allowed her to enter the house in the past. I confirmed th her that she no longer lived at the residence. She advised when she grabbed the sweater from her daughter room Alexander grabbed the sweater land tried to pull it away from her. She advised Alexander then grabbed her by the arm and tried to take her outside. At the same time she grabbed her arm and showed me how he did it. I noticed her arm quickly turned red She advised he then went eastbound on Megan Street to pick up their other daughter. I asked her if she was injured. she told me yes and pointed to her upper arm. I advised her that is were she had just grabbed herself to show me how he grabbed her. She then pointed to a red mar on her upper forearm. I noticed it was a small mark approximately the size of half of a fingerprint. She advised he also grabbed her there. I asked her if
