a. The organization of governments and the limitation upon governmental authority
b. powers and duties of governmental offices and officers.
c. Obligation of one state to another
3. Public Administration - focuses upon the methods and techniques used in the actual
management of state affairs by executive, legislative, and judicial
branches of the government.
