Under the aegis of HP Board of School Education Dharamshala scholarships, as described below, are to be awarded to the eligible meritorious
students who have qualified their Senior Secondary Certificate (Ten Plus Two) or Matriculation Examination from the HP Board of School Education
held in March 2018:
1. Matriculation Scholarship :
On the basis of the Matriculation Examination held in march 2018, 400 (four hundred only) scholarships are to be awarded to meritorious students who
have secured first 400 positions in the Annual Examination conducted by the HP Board of School Education in March 2018.

2. Senior Secondary Certificate (Ten Plus Two) Scholarship:

100 Scholarships to the students of science group and 100 scholarship for other (Art & Commerce) groups on the basis of the results of Senior
Secondary Examination (Ten Plus Two Examination) conducted by the HP Board of School Education in March, 2018 are to be awarded to the
meritorious students who have secured first 100 positions in Science Group and first 100 positions in Arts and Commerce Groups together.

REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE AWARD OF BOARD SCHOLARSHIPS

1. Matriculation Scholarship:
a. The Board shall award 400 annual scholarship of the value of rupees 7200/- per annum on the basis of the result of the HPBoSE
examination.
b. No candidate shall hold any other scholarship in addition to the Board scholarship except Merit-cum-Means scholarship or a scholarship
reserved for Backward Classes/Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe.
c. The scholarship holder shall cease to receive the scholarship if he/she fails in an examination or involves in ragging during the course of studies
d. Scholarship awarded in this category shall be tenable for two years.
2. Senior Secondary Certificate (Ten Plus Two) Scholarship:
a. The Board shall award annual scholarship of the value of rupees 10000/-& 12000/-per annum to the meritorious students on the basis of the result of
the ten plus two class examination .Rupees 12000/-shall be payable to the students who will pursue their higer education in Medical or Engineering
stream and rupees 10000/-shall be paybale to the students higer education in other streams .

b. No Candidate shall hold any other scholarship in addition to the Board scholarship except Merit-cum Means scholarship or a scholarship reserved
for Backword Classes/Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe.
c. The scholarship holder shall cease to receive the scholarship if he/she fails in an examination or involves in ragging during the course of studies.

d. Scholarship awarded in this category shall be tenable for three years.In case the scholarship holder takes admission in Medical or Engineering
Courses,he/she will be awarded scholarship for full duration of the course provided he/she fulfills the conditions pertaining to award of the
scholarship .
The prescribed forms in respect of the eligible candidates,as per list enclosed herewith, shall be downloaded by the principal of the institute where
the scholar is pursuing his/her further studies. Duly filled in and signed Acceptance Form and the Bill form by the student and the Head of the
insitution,respectively,shall be uploaded by the Head of the institution on the website of the HPBOSE latest by 15-11-2018 and hard copy there of
shall be sent to the Section Officer, Plus two-1 H P Board of School Education Dharamshala -176213 by post latest by 30-11-2018 Award of
scholarship shall be subject to receipt of hard copy of the Acceptance Form and the Bill Form. The website of the Board hpbose.org shall be
accessed by the Principal /Head of the institution by using their log . In Id . and password already assigned to them by the HPBOSE. The
Principal/Heads of the institutions which are not linked with the HPBOSE shall either download the forms themselves or the student concerned can
download the same and upload the duly filled in and signed Acceptance Form & Bill Form on the website of the HPBOSE

Note : The Bank account no. mentinod in the Bill form should be preprably Aadhar linked
