Minutes of Meeting of Accommodation Committee

1- The Meeting started with the name of Allah who is most beneficial and merciful.
2- Tasks were divided among the faculty members, it is decided

Mr Mubashir & Ms Faryal will find the suitable hotel for stay of guest members

Mr Ilyas & M Farid will communicate with website team members for the number of scholars who
requested for stay.

Mr Zafar Iqbal & Ms Asma Javed will prepare GANTT Chart for the following activities.

3- It is requested to the convener, kindly provide the exact date of conference and list of key note
speakers.

The Committee members will meet again after the announcements of Conference Dates, and key
Note speakers list.
