Venue and time for Physical Registration: Computer Centre (Second Floor) and 09:30 A.M.
Date of Commencement of Classes: July 19, 2017 (Wednesday)
1. Provisional Admission letter obtained from NIMCET-2017 and proof of payment of Balance Institute
Fee. After deducting initial fee from institute fee as per category. Balance Institute fee is required to
be paid in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “MNNIT Fee Account, A/C No: 30981350206”
payable at Allahabad at the time of reporting (July 17-18, 2017 for candidates allotted up to third
round) and (July 26-31, 2017 for candidates allotted in final round).
Type of Studentship 1st Sem. 2nd Sem. 3rd Sem. 4th Sem. 5th Sem. 6th Sem.
A student who will be allotted a room in the hostel will be required to deposit ` 15000.00 as Mess Fee
in favour of “Chief Warden MNNIT Allahabad” payable at Allahabad.
2. Documents required at the time of Physical Registration: (One set photocopy and original)
(i) High School (10th) Certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
(ii) Qualifying Examination Mark Sheet / Provisional Degree.
(iii) Character Certificate.
(iv) Migration Certificate.
(v) NIMCET Score Card.
(vi) Category Certificate (if applicable) in prescribed format of GoI. For candidates belonging to OBC
[Non Creamy Layer] Category the certificate must be issued on or after 01.04.2017.
In addition following undertakings will be required at the time of registration:
(i) Undertaking by the student (As per UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in

Important Instruction: All the students admitted through NIMCET 2017 in the Institute are required to
fill their “Hall Ticket …….” in place of Registration number in the undertaking.
The Institute is located at about 8 km. from Allahabad Junction and Allahabad City Railway Station,
Allahabad and 4 km. from Prayag Railway Station.
Cycle Rickshaw and Auto Rickshaw are the common mode of transport. Taxi is also available from
Allahabad Junction Railway Station. Normal charges are about ` 100/- for cycle rickshaw, ` 200/- for
Auto rickshaw and ` 400.00 for Taxi.

Registration Procedure for MCA Ist semester 2017
Online portal (www.academics.mnnit.ac.in/fresh_reg) will open from 15.07.2017
Candidates are required to complete online registration before reporting for physical registration
1. Login to the portal using your Hall Ticket and Rank as password.
2. First, Click on the button named Fill Personal Details. In the page that follows, you will have to fill
in your Personal Information as per the documents produced at the time of counseling.
3. After you have filled in the form, you will be given a registration number. It is an important
number and should be noted down carefully.
4. Click on the "Generate Registration Form for Printing" Button. Take print out this form
5. Take a printout of other forms given there. A candidate is required to bring these forms to the
registration counter at the time of registration.
