When I initially contacted Clements he told me that his name was Donald Johnson. He was advised that giving false information to a police officer was illegal. He then stated that his name was really Christopher Anderson. Later on during the investigation the subject advised me that his real name was Christopher Clements. A background check revealed that Clements had a non-extraditable Felony Warrant out of Oregon. Clements is also a SORT offender out of Oregon. Clements was uncooperative with questions regarding how long he had been in Tueson. He refused to talk to Detectives.
