Baked

Jacket Potatoes(Serves 1)
Ingredients Equipment
I large potato Oven tray(share)

1/8 capsicum, diced Vegetable knife

2 T grated cheese Fork

1 t margarine

1 t milk Small bowl

2 T diced ham Teaspoon

1 sprig parsley Chopping board

Method
1. Practice personal hygiene. (hair up, closed shoes, apron, wash hands,
remove jewelry)
2. Preheat oven to 200 C.
3. Collect equipment
4. Collect ingredients, prepare capsicum and parsley by dicing and
chopping.
5. Using a fork, pierce the potato in about six places. Place directly on oven
rack in in the center of oven. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender
when a skewer is inserted into the centre. (may be done due to time)
6. Cut the top off the potato and using a teaspoon, scoop out the middle,
placing it in a bowl. Add margarine and milk and mash with a fork.
7. Add ½ the cheese, ham and capsicum to the potato mixture and mix
well. Spoon into potato skin.
8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in oven for a further 10
minutes.
9. Serve
