This letter is to certify on behalf of the Executive Committee of THERMEC´2016 that Dr. Kelly Alvarez served
as a reviewer of the invited papers in the area of biomaterials for our 2016 conference edition.

THERMEC´ 2016 is the 9th Internation Conference on advanced materials built upon the proven concept and
continues the tradition of its seven predecessors, Japan - 1988, Australia - 1997, USA - 2000, Spain - 2003,
Canada - 2006, Germany - 2009, Canada - 2011, and Las Vegas/USA - 2013. This conference series provided a
forum for researchers around the globe to present papers on recent advances in the overall field of science
and technology of processing and manufacturing of advance materials. The conference covered all aspect
of processing, fabrication, structure/property relationships and applications of both ferrous and non ferrous
materials including biomaterials, aerospace and other advanced materials.

The Executive Committee of THERMEC´2016 selected Dr. Kelly Alvarez as a reviewer based on her exemplary
skills and previous research achievements in the biomedical materials field. Dr. Kelly Alvarez timely reviews
were necessary to guide the selection of superior works for presentation at the conference. The resulting
program was the best yet, and is sure that delighted the scholars and specialists who attended the
conference. The dedication and expertise of Dr. Kelly Alvarez is most appreciated and helps make the
THERMEC the outstanding organization it is today.
