Spot Report re Grave Threat with the used of Firearm and Viol. of RA 10591 (Piddig MPS)

This pertains to the arrest of Wilfredo Abad y Pascual, 44 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Sitio Bantay,
Brgy. 21, San Antonio, Piddig, Ilocos Norte at about 8:00 PM April 5, 2017 for Grave Threat with the used of Firearm
and Viol. of RA 10591. (GC: Lat. 18’8’36.23“N and Long. 120”48’21.02’E”). 3. Investigation conducted disclosed
that victims were identified as Ronald Abad y Pasalo, 23 years old and Raymundo Abad y Pasalo, 20 years old,
both singles and residents of same barangay had prior altercation with the suspect and not long after the verbal
tussle, the suspect went home and returned armed with homemade shotgun (replica) “BANGGOR” and levelled it to
the victims. The victims grabbed the said firearm and Raymundo Abad retaliated and struck the suspect several
times. Further disclosed that said incident has been repeated when the suspect was drunk. Said suspect is positive
to be under the influence of liquor. Necessary documents are being prepared for filing of charges against the suspect.
The above-named persons were not drug personalities/surrenderers and have no Warrant of Arrest
based from the eWPIS.

Spot Report on Arrested Wanted Person for Violation of City Ordinance (Dingras MPS)

About 09:00 AM of April 06, 2017, elements of Dingras MPS arrested Jayson Felipe y Barangay, 30 years old,
single, farmer and a resident of Brgy. Baresbes, Dingras Ilocos Norte at their residence by virtue of Warrant of Arrest
dated March 23, 2016 issued by Presiding Judge Myra Sheila M Nalupta of MTC in Cities Br 1, Laoag City
for Violation of City Ordinance No. 2010-034 Section 12 Series of 2010 docketed under VCO 36095 with
recommended bail bond of Php1, 500.00 for his liberty. Subject person was brought to Dingras MPS for
documentation prior turned over to the court of origin. Arrested accused is not a drug surrenderer/repeat
offender and no other warrant of arrest as per result of verification in the e-WPIS.

Spot Report on Arrested Wanted Person for Violation of Municipal Ordinance (Dingras MPS)

At about 11:00 AM of April 06, 2017, elements of Dingras MPS arrested Amancio Marcos y Fiesta, 43 years
old, married, farmer and resident of Brgy Baresbes, Dingras Ilocos Norte at their residence by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest dated March 28, 2017 issued by Hon. Judge Maria Corazon M Labrador of MTC San Nicolas for Viol of
MO No. 14 Series of 2005 Art. IV, Section 17 Chap 2 Art IV under Pre-Docket No. 783-14 and 784-14 with
recommended bail bond of Two Hundred Pesos (Php200.00) for his liberty. Subject person was brought to Dingras
MPS for documentation prior turned over to the court of origin. Arrested accused is not a drug
surrenderer/repeat offender and no other warrant of arrest as per result of verification in the e-WPIS.

Spot Report re Violation of Municipal Ordinance (Currimao MPS)

About 11:00 AM of April 06, 2017, apprehended Vincent B. Barandoc, of legal age and a resident of Brgy.
Maglaoi Norte, Currimao, Vincent Paul D. Dahilig, of legal age and a resident of Brgy. Bul-Bulala, Pinili and
Robert L. Valiente, of legal age, and a resident of Brgy. Dariwdiw, Batac City, all this province for driving
without license penalized under Municipal Ordinance. Above-named violators were issued citation ticket and
they subsequently settle their respective penalties at the Currimao Treasurer’s Office. Said drivers were
apprehended through OPLAN SITA conducted by PNP Currimao along the National Highway vicinity of Brgy.
Victoria, Currimao, Ilocos Norte with GC: 17:59:56.17226N 120:30:6.43301E and MGRS:
51QTV3546291850. Apprehended drivers were not drug personalities and no issued warrant of arrest as
per result of verification in the e-WPIS.
Spot Report on Arrested Wanted Person for Attempted Homicide (Paoay MPS)

About 1:30 PM of 06 April 2017, personnel of Paoay MPS implemented a Warrant of Arrest which resulted to the
arrest of one REYNALDO CASIL y LACRO, 67 years old, male, married, resident of Brgy #15 Suba, Paoay, Ilocos
Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest with Criminal Case # 3552-P for the offense of Attempted Homicide dated March
20, 2017 issued by Hon ARTEMIO H, QUIDILLA JR. of MCTC of Paoay, Ilocos Norte, with a recommended bail bond
of twelve thousand pesos (Php12,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Subject person was brought to said station for
documentation prior turn-over to the court of origin. Said person is not a drug surrenderer/personality and has no
other standing warrant based on EWPIS.

Spot Report on Vehicular Traffic Incident (Dingras MPS)

At about 8:45 PM of April 06, 2017, a vehicular traffic incident transpired along the national road vicinity of Brgy.
Saludares, Dingras, Ilocos Norte (Lat. 18.076606 Long. 120.688991 MGRS: 51QTA5540200192) involving
a hand tractor (Kuliglig) with trailer driven by RONEL CORREA y Arcanghel, 39 years old, married, farmer, and
resident of said barangay and a red/black Racal motorcycle, bearing Plate No. AA 61306, driven by
SILVESTRE VERDADERO y Diloy, 48 years old, also farmer and resident of Brgy Cali of same municipality. 3.
Investigation conducted disclosed that said farm machinery was travelling southward direction along the national
road when accidentally sideswiped on its rear portion by a tailing motorcycle and eventually slide down thereat. As a
result, driver sustained injuries of his head, right foot and hand and rushed to Dingras District Hospital for
medical treatment and later on transferred to MMMH for further treatment while the driver of farm tractor
was unhurt. Both involved vehicles were brougth to Dingras MPS for proper disposition. Above-named persons
were not drug personalities/surrenderers and have no Warrant of Arrest based on eWPIS

Spot Report on Vehicular Traffic Incident (San Nicolas MPS)

That on or about 6:45 PM of April 6, 2017, a Vehicular Traffic Incident transpired along Manila-North road
vicinity of Brgy. 20 San Pablo, San Nicolas Ilocos Norte with GC: Lat-18.129599, Long- 120.580011
wherein a dark bue Mitsubishi Lancer GLX, bearing plate number TPH 644 driven by Jonel Parubrub y
Agunat, 37 years old, unemployed married, no driver’s license presented, resident of Brgy # 16 Laoag
City by collided with a Honda Wave 100 motorcycle, bearing plate no. 1412 AJ driven by Joe Peter Santos y
Hale, 39 years old, businessman, married and no driver’s license presented with back rider his son identified as
Rosario Santos, 9 years old, both residents of Brgy #21 San Agustin, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. 3.
Investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the said incident, said Mitsubishi Lancer was travelling north direction
on the descending parts of the said national highway when the driver noticed something blown out and suddenly lost
control the steering wheel of his vehicle and collided with the approaching motorcycle moving opposite direction. As a
result, the occupants of said motorcycle sustained injuries on their left legs (fractured) and both rushed to
Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, Batac City by responding Ambulance of San
Nicolas while the driver of said Lancer was unhurt and brought to GRASMH, Laoag City for alcoholic
breath test after observed to be under the influenced of liquor. Both vehicles involved incurred heavy
damages and brought to this station for proper disposition. Both vehicles incurred heavy damages and brought to
San Nicolas MPS for proper disposition. Above-named drivers are not drug personality or Surrenderee and no
Warrant of Arrest based on eWPIS.

Spot Report re Violation of Municipal Ordinance (Currimao MPS)

At about 08:00 PM of April 6, 2017, elements of Currimao MPS under the supervision of PCI RYAN M
RETOTAR, Officer In-Charge conducted Oplan Sita along the national highway vicinity of Brgy. Poblacion 1,
Currimao, Ilocos Norte with GC: 18:1:11.2771N 120:29:10.57043E and MGRS: 51QTV3385094182 that resulted to
the apprehension of the following persons for Violation of Driving Without License Penalized under Municipal
Ordinance namely; Kurt M. Guerrero, of legal age, a resident of Brgy. Poblacion 2, Robert T. Madriaga, legal
age, a resident of Brgy. Pangil, Erwin G. Ranada, legal age, a resident of Brgy. Gaang, Emerson O. Pornobe, of
legal age a resident of Brgy. Poblacion 2, Marino B. Semana, legal age, a resident of Brgy. San Simeon, Justine A.
Delicano, legal age, and resident of Brgy. Torre, Jimbo A. Reynon, legal age, and resident of Brgy. Maglaoi Norte,
all of Currimao, Ilocos Norte. Above-named violators were issued Citation Ticket and were advice to settle their
respective penalties at the Currimao Treasurer’s Office. Apprehended violators were not drug surrenderer, no
standing warrant of arrest and not repeat offender.

Spot Report on Arrested Wanted Person for Violation of Municipal Ordinance (Batac CPS)

At about 11:00 AM of April 06, 2017, elements of Batac CPS arrested Mark Lester Pungtilan, Magno, 34 years
old, married, unemployed and a resident of Brgy. Bungon, Batac City, this province. The arrest was made at their
residence by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Judge Maria Corazon M Labrador of MTC San Nicolas
for Viol of MO No. 14 Series of 2005 Art. IV, Section 17 Chap 2 Art IV under Pre-Docket No. 62-17 with
recommended bail bond of Two Hundred Pesos Php200.00 for his liberty. Subject person was brought to Dingras
MPS for documentation prior turned over to the court of origin. Arrested accused is not a drug
surrenderer/repeat offender and no other warrant of arrest as per result of verification in the e-WPIS.
