Respected Sir,

With reference to SECP order 2009 for CSR Funding, I would like to mention that GBPS:New
Muzaffarabad School SEMIS Code: 408100017 which is located in Landhi Distrct Malir near Mehran
Highway under the supervision Sindh Education and Literacy Department. The school is high potential
school in terms of enrollment and community involvement; however, it has not been upgraded nor
reconstructed since last 30 years keeping the needs of school and community. At the moment, the school
has 6 rooms (Close to dangerous zone) where 408 students are enrolled while 1 room is specified for staff
and the rest of 5 rooms are utilized for class 1 to 5. Thus, the school has no rooms for pre-primary or Kachi
and almost more than 50 students are sent back without admission as pre-primary setup cannot be launched
owing to unavailability of rooms at school.

For this purpose, the school needs unavoidable 7 rooms for implementing ECE system and to
cluster the large classes into sections to ensure the quality education at GBPS New Muzaffarabad
and 7 teachers 3 for ECE and 4 teachers for primary classes. As soon as, we receive the positive
response, we will start mobilizing the community for the further enrollment and ECE
implementation.
