Menlo Group Gains Two New Team Members

Brennan Rovelli and Maggie Kuta join the staff at Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate.

Tempe, AZ, September 26, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate has added two new
team members to its staff. Brennan Rovelli will serve as an associate advisor, and Maggie Kuta will fill
roles as both the receptionist and a marketing specialist

“We are excited to add these two sharp and talented individuals to our team,” said Bryan Bunker, chief
operating officer of Menlo Group. “We've already seen great contributions from both Brennan and
Maggie. They will help us go far.”

As an associate, Rovelli has the unique opportunity to work closely with Menlo Group's top three
producing advisors. She assists them with property searches, property tours and market analysis. Rovelli
enjoys getting to interact with clients and helping them find a space to meet their needs.

“I chose to work at Menlo Group because I feel I can best grow as an advisor here,” Rovelli said. “I enjoy
the collaborative environment and the way the team is willing to teach me the ropes.”

Rovelli previously worked as a landman at Noble Energy, an oil and gas company in Denver. In her
position, she gained experience managing properties and negotiating complex contracts and
leases—skills that will benefit her as she enters the commercial real estate industry.

Kuta is also new to commercial real estate, as she recently graduated from Brigham Young University
with a BA in public relations and a minor in business management. She implements her writing, design
and strategic planning skills to expand Menlo Group's marketing efforts. As the receptionist, Kuta is also
the first voice that clients hear when they call in.
