The Very First Step is to get your documents Attested.
Required Verifications and Attestations are as follows.
STEP 1
Document Attestation from Relevant Board
Attestation Matric Certificate (SSC- Secondary School Certificate)
Intermediate- FSc Certificate (HSC- Higher Secondary School
Certificate)
both will be attested from Relevant Board (The Board from where you have
done your Matric and Intermediate)

Attestation from IBCC


Inter Board Committee of Chairmen
Matric and Intermediate Certificates needs to be attested from IBCC

Attestation from HEC


Documents to be attested from HEC

Bachelors Degree
Bachelors Transcripts (All Pages needs to be attested)

Provisional Letter (A letter issued in case if you have not received your degree
from university, this document is mandatory for admission if you do not have
degree)

You need to attest Photo copies and originals also (You will be asked by
university to show your original documents after being in Sweden)

Masters Degree
Masters Transcript (all Pages)

Provisional Letter
(Letter Issued by university in case if you are not issued with degree), you are
supposed to attest it so that your application will be considered by evaluation
staff of Studera.

English Proficiency Certificate ( Get it attested from HEC )

General Entry requirements
To meet the entry requirements for second cycle (postgraduate/Master's)
STEP 2 studies, you must:
General
Entry have been awarded a 4 years Bachelor's degree (equivalent to a
Swedish Kandidatexamen) from an internationally recognized university. The
Requirement HEI (Heigher Education Institution) must be listed in the latest edition of the
International Handbook of Universities.

Have been awarded a 2 years bachelors degree and then a 2 years


master’s degree, for admission to master’s programmes you need to prove
that you have a total of 16 years of Qualifications.

Note: you are Ineligible: If you have a 2 years Bachelors Degree you do
not meet requirements to admission in masters programmes, but you can
apply for Bachelors Programme.

English Language Requirement

STEP 3 You are required to provide to a proof that you can read write speak and
English understand English
Language
Requirement You must be able to demonstrate proficiency in English by means of
an internationally recognized test, e. g. TOEFL, IELTS or the equivalent. Check
the website of the HEI where you would like to study for more information
about language requirements.

Some students may be exempt from submitting formal test evidence.

Exemption for Pakistan

Pakistani students are exempt from submitting formal test evidence. If you
are a Students with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science,
Medicine, Pharmacy, Science or Technology from India or Pakistan.

Even if you fall in the category of Exemption, you are required to submit a
written proof by you Ex University that the mode of teaching at university is
English.

Note: It will be good if you can also get its photo copy attested by HEC and
submit it with your documents

Specific Entry Requirement
STEP 4
Specific In addition to the requirements described above there may be specific entry
Entry requirements stipulated by a HEI and/or department. You can find more
Requirement information directly from the University web site. Do not miss to look into
the specific requirements of Programme in which you are applying.

Specific Entry requirements are different for different programmes e.g

MS Computer Science, 120 hp

Applicants are expected to have a bachelor's degree with a major in


computer science, information technology, software engineering or
computer engineering, including the equivalent of at least 30 ECTS credits,
i.e. one semester of full-time study, in mathematics. Alternatively a
bachelor's degree with a minor in computer science or related subject area,
a minimum of 60 ECTS credits in computer-related subjects (e.g.
programming, data structures, databases, software engineering, computer
hardware, computer networks) and a minimum of 30 ECTS credits in
mathematics (e.g. continuous and discrete mathematics, statistics).

MS Business Administration, 120 hp

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics with at least 90


credits, i.e. three semesters of studies, in business administration or
economics or the equivalent.

Each applicant must enclose a Letter of Intent written in English, explaining


why they want to study this programme, and a summary of their bachelor’s
essay or project. If applicants hold a degree that does not include a
bachelor’s essay or project, their Letter of Intent should describe previous
studies and any academic activities that are related to the master’s
programme or the programmes applied for.

STEP 4 (B) Specific Entry Requirement / Special Documents
As I mentioned above different programmes have different specific

Special Letter of Recommendation ( from professor or employer )

Attach the documents according to programme requirements. Do not attach
extra documents if they are not required.

A photo copy of first two pages of Passport or English translation of your NIC
(If you do not have passport yet apply for it, or you can get your NIC
translated from court offices, do not forget to get it stamped from notary
STEP 5 public )

Detail of Proof of Identification (Passport / English of NIC)

Arrange / Sort the documents in this order

1. Cover sheet
2. Certificates and diplomas (Highest degree to lowest)
3. Transcripts of completed courses and grades (including course list). If
possible, sort them in reverse chronological order, i. e. the most recent on
top
4. Proof of English language skills.
5. Proof that you meet the specific entry requirements.
a. SOP (If required)
b. CV (If required)
c. Letter of Recommendation (If required)
d. Etc (Send only if required)

6. A copy of the page in your passport with your personal data and
photograph or some other document of identification

Sort the documents in the same order as stated in this list and send them in
one envelope to the address stated on the cover sheet. Only send one set of
documents. Avoid using staplers, paper clips, and documents printed on
both sides.
