 One day there are patient he name is Mr. T in Kusuma Wijaya hospital. The patients was,
sixty years old. Patients come up with complaints pain in the abdomen, nausea, limp body and
the urine turbid. Doctors and nurses do the medical action to Mr.T and will tell the results to the
family or Mr. T.

Nurse : “ Good Morning”

Mrs T : “ Good Morning please help my husband! He felt pain in the abdomen,
nausea, limp body and the urine turbid”

Nurse : “ Okay, here you are laid out in bed her husband, ma’am, we will help as
much as we could”

Mrs T : “ All right”

Nurse : “Good morning doctor there is patients complaints pain in the abdomen,
nausea, limp body and the urine turbid”

Doctor : “ All right, I will check if out now”

Nurse : “ All right doctor”

Doctor and Nurse checking patients

Doctor : “ Good morning Mr. T”

Mr. T : “ Good morning, help me doctor”

Doctor : “ All right, keep calm, I will check it first.

Nurse plis check temperature and blood pressure, I will check

abdomen”

Nurse : “ All right doctor”

Doctor : “ Nurse to do an ultrasound in the abdomen and led you to the analyst to
take blood and urine of patients “

Nurse : “ All right doctor”

Doctor : “ All right Mr. T, Now we are finished doing it. For the results will be
reported and fow now I will give you analgesic

Mr. T : “ All Right doctor, thank you”

Doctor and nurse brainstorm, and the results of the patients stating that the patients was
diagnosed with a disease, kidney stones.

Doctor : “ Nurse pliss tell to patients or his family patiens, if patients was
diagnosed with a disease, kidney stones.

Nurse : “ All right doctors”

Nurse deliver to patients or his family, if patients was diagnosed with a dignosed with a disease
kidney stones”

Nurse : “ Good morning Mrs. T I would like to tell you about result of
examination. result of examination state that Mr. T diagnosed
with a disease, kidney stones. From what I said do you already
understand ? ”

Mr. T : “ Not yet , can you explain what that kidney stones and where is the
kidney stones ?”

Nurse : “ All right mrs, Iwill explain a little”

Kidney stones it’s the hard materials like stones in the kidney. In
most of the kidney stones being experienced by people aged 30-60
years and most experienced by men. The dregs of kidney stones is
because the body.

Every human has two kidney in the abdomen the right and left. The
kidney on the right to be lower that the kidney left. The size of the
kidney is not more than 10-12 cm. the kidney is like red beans.
Kidney has theree layers including:

1. Corteks is the layer of the area, serves as the filter blood

 2. Medulla is the layer in the kidneys where the waste
materials like, salt and sugar
3. Pelvis is the strorage of urine that will take urine to the
ureter and get through the urethra.

Location of kidney stones is in the urinary tract, when a person

suffering from kidney stones will feel pain during urination, kidney
stones have different sizes and the size of stones of the husband’s
mother is 3mm, so no need for leser. And for now doctors have
given medication she and her husband could do an outpatient
treatment”

Mrs T : “ All right nurse, what should I do for the removel of kidney stones

Nurse : “ The doctor will prescribe the medication and pay attention to eat
and drink . Mr. T should drink 2 liters of water every day”.

Mrs. T : “ Thank you nurse for explanation and advice”

Nurse : “ Your welcome mrs.” I hope your husband get well soon”
