Town Criteria

Names:________________________________________________________________

Check off ✔ each criterion as your build your town

All seven buildings are cut out, folded, glued and placed in town in
appropriate locations

Town incudes at least two roads – named and labeled

Town is given a creative name which is displayed (Welcome Sign)

Town includes at least one park and one body of water (pond,
stream, lake) all of which are named and labeled

Town includes at least four 3D objects: cylinder, rectangular prism,

triangular prism, pyramid, sphere, cone, cube.

Town includes at least six 2D shapes: square, rectangle, triangle,

circle, quadrilateral of any kind, pentagon, hexagon, heptagon,
octagon.

*(Shapes on pre-drawn buildings to not count)

Bonus points for: Street signs, stop signs, additional buildings, park
benches, trees, shrubbery, plants, people, pets, and any other
creative creations.

Materials that you may use: Cardboard, construction paper, scissors, glue sticks,
popsicle sticks and other small wooden sticks, straws, coloured clay, pre-drawn
paper buildings, paint, markers, pencils, crayons, pencil crayons.

If you need any other materials ask your teacher first!
